The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. |

The hotel room was attractive and felt right for being in Italy. The dissapointing areas were the air conditioning was not working properly and the breakfast room was falling apart e.g. lots of paint peeling off the walls etc. |

El trato magnifico, el hotel muy comodo, su ubicación es perfecta, una zona agradable y tranquila, en diversas ocasiones me he hospedado en este hotel, es uno de mis preferidos en Firenze, la relación calidad precio es muy correcta |

la posizione adeguata per visitare la città senza essere in zone particolarmente caotiche , stanze pulite e silenziose , personale attento e competente prima colazione in un locale sotteraneo e non particolarmente ricca |
