This hotel was excellent value for the money in Rome. You walk anywhere in less than 30 minutes, or there is a Metro stop just around the corner which will get you anywhere you want to go. After hours of daily touring, the rooftop patio is excellent for unwinding. Just hit the market around the corner, grab some wine and snacks, unwind and enjoy the lovely Italian nights. Only point of contention might be the breakfast. The variety and selection leaves a little to be desired, but is enough to get you on your way for the day. |

It's location is excellent, near to the metro and around 500m from the termini train station. We walked from the hotel to all over Rome and back and occasionally we took the metro for example to the Vatican which is located on the other side of the city. It's clean and the room is fair size.We stayed in the annex which has a separate entrance, this did not bother us. The dinning room is in the main building 5th floor, the real problem is the size.It could only contain max 20 people so sometimes you have to wait for a free table especially that on the roof terace it was too cold(october) |

The entire hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great. The Termini train station, Metro, buses, supermarket, pharmacy are all within an easy walk. Restaurants are abundant in the area. One feels very safe outside the hotel because their is a police station and number of embassies in the area. The breakfast was good and very adequate. The terrace above the 5th floor was a nice place to relax in the evening. We stayed in the annex which was a bit of a walk to the 5th floor in the main hotel. One could take the elevator up, but it is an old one. |

Breakfast on the roof is a good solution for a hotel with limited space. Missing: Satellite TV, Reserved parking place(s) for incoming/outgoing tourists. |

Outstanding location, just 2 blocks from the subway station. Really easy to go to anywhere in Rome. The staff is extremely helpfull and want to make sure it's everything fine. The rooms are very small for american standards but for Europe is ok size. Very clean, breakfast was average (as you can expect in every hotel in Italy). Overall great experience and recommend to other travelers. |

Very good hotel! Certainly value for money. Staff was very professional even when the checkout was very bussy and some customers were being quite rude they remained correct. We (although I know this is personal) really liked the bed/ matras. We woke up after a good sleep and felt very rested!! |

I really appreciated the service that Marcelo (not sure about his last name) gave us when helping us at the front desk. He was extremely helpful. All the other people who worked at the reception desk was completely unpleasant. They seemed bothered when we asked for any assistance. A couple of times we were unable to get into our room using our key and the female receptionist was rude and frustrated at the fact that she had to assist us. |

The friendliness of the staff, the proximity to the metro & the overall cleanliness & value for money. Great to have breakfast & a roof top terrace for when the sun came out. Very comfortable beds. The recommendations by the staff for local places to eat were excellent. A small point, more environmental than anything- we didn't need clean towels everyday & a door sign to say the same would have been good. |

Nice roof terrace. Close to the central train station. We were given a room that was situated a few doors away from the main building. For that reason we had to go outside in order to get to the room where the beakfast was served. |

The location is very good. Staff are very helpful. The breakfast is excellent and the roof terrace. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The reception location is on the 5th floor and the lift is old. The common room where the breakfast is served is abit tatty and cramped. |

The hotel room itself was clean, modern and comfortable 1. The internet service provided in the hotel (at an additional cost) is poor as you need to use the dinning room to get proper reception (there is no wireless service to the rooms) and the service was not operational for two days as the machine was broken. 2. The hotel reception and dinning room is on the 5th floor on a separate entrance of the building. This arrangement is awkward. |
