The hotel's close to everything. . Easy walk to some locations and close to termini and metro stations.Breakfasts were delicious

Hotel is in a good location, staff very helpfull and always with a smile. Room was nice decorated, very clean and thoroughly cleaned everyday. Breakfast good and nourishing. Thank you! :)

Some quests were very noisy at night, so was impossible to sleep - stuff didn't noted that before I didn't complaned.

The staff was so helpful and great, the location is excellent, few steps from Castro Pretorio Metro station, and Termini Station is only 1 stop, and also 5 minutes walking from the hotel, which give access to whole Rome attraction. Internet not that expensive (5 Euro for the whole stay), and breakfast was good.

The Bed mattress is not soft, and honestly it wasn't that comfortable. The room is clean, but requires some maintenance especially the Bathroom and ts facilities. Also, the tv system should offer some international tv channels, not only Italian ones.

problems with VISA cards, I had to pay cash for five nights and it was quite unpleasant.

This place is great value for money! I highly recommend it. It exceeds my expectation for a Roman 3 star. My room was spacious and very decorative. If I remember correctly, I got a fake Canaletto oil painting and several others, making it look very luxurious. Usually a room for solo traveler would be very small, but in Hotel des Artistes, they give me a big enough room with balcony. The breakfast was superb, with both continental and English. The location was also wonderful, close to both blue and red lines. Needless to say, I had the most wonderful experience. Superb!

They cost 5 euro for each device to get into internet, but still, it is slow. Some of the reception staff wasn't that friendly. But the cleaning maid and the breakfast staff was very nice.

The staff is very kind, the rooms are confortable and clean, the location is very good. Good value for money.

The internet connection was too slow for Skipe. There could be more fresh fruits for breakfast.

Everything was perfect.Excellent breakfast has been served.For Italy with local minimized breakfasts in hotels it is definitely important for the people who likes to begin review of the Roma historic objects from early morning.Cleanliness on high level.

The hotel was in a good location and the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Had a good breakfast which was included in our booking. There was a problem with the cold water tap not working in the bathroom which we reported and this was fixed early the next day.

The location near Termini train station was great for exploring the city. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable and there was internet available certain hours of the day.

Our room sometimes had an unpleasant odor like a sewer that dissipated when we opened the window.

I like it's location - close to metro and main station, the street was nearby some nice restaurants and even staying at the room was nice, around those antic furniture.

Hotel in an older building. Rooms have character and taste. Shower is large enough, not like the miniscule showers that many hotels in Italy seem to have. The young staff is friendly and very efficient. Breakfast is good... lots to eat.

The reception is on the 5th floor, but the elevator works well.
