location in the old centre and nearby the metro from wich you can reach most tourist attractions. A quiet place in the hectic of Napoli. No rumour, besides a crying cat. Our room was nice, cosy and clean. Friendly staff, especially the "breakfast lady".

Staff, Non-friendly - Very poor break fast. Very poor ventilation in rooms, stinky toilets. No public toilet and luggage room. No lobby to take a rest.

with a friend we stayed here for 4 days. we really love this hotel. the personel was very kind and helpful. our room was small but really cute and clean. actually we stayed 10 days in itally in 4 cites and this hotel was the best for us.

Good position in the centre and not expensive.

The relatively quiet and clean area ( For Naples ) Accommodating staff, especially the room and breakfast service lady Antoniella.

No fridge or microwave, whereas they were stated on confirmation. No lead/cable for television - and absolutely no attempt to rectify this when we reported it immediately to reception.

Good location in the historic centre of Naples. The staff is very friendly. Naples can be quite hectic, but the atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxed. And because the location is inside a courtyard, it is not at all noisy at night.

The shower cabin was a bit tiny, but for us not really a problem.

Typical Napolitanean hotel, lovely staff, picturesque area near the Museum and Duomo.

The staff was great, especially the front desk staff.

24 hours of our stay was without electricity. We could borrow a torch but after a horrible night in 35 degree heat with no air con I was disappointed to be offered only £10 discount.

Very helpful and friendly staff. It was well set up from comfort and space point of view to accommodate a family of 5. people. The hotel is only less than 5 minutes walk to a Metro Station, so it is easy to get to the Main Central Train station. The hotel is clean and has family home like atmosphere. Will happly use it again if I go to Naples again.

Personnel très sympathique, ambiance familliale. Charme d'un hotel ancien.

Notre chambre était un peu petite et peu lumineuse (vue sur cour intérieure) mais bon, c'est vrai qu'on est dans le centre historique de Naples et que nous arrivions d'un séjour sur une ile, grand changement)... Nous retournerons volontier dans cet hotel mais en prenant une chambre plus grande.

we hadden een vierpersoonskamer. redelijk ruim, alleen was de badkamer erg klein voor zijn vieren.

Le petit déjeuner devrait être amélioré: vrai pain,fruits , fromages...

La chambre était située sur une cour intérieure, à l'abri du bruit de la rue. Le réceptioniste nous a bien renseigner.

- hôtel assez vieillot - malheureusement notre chambre était juste à côté de l'entrée de l'hôtel (bruyant / manque d'intimité) - les mauvaises odeurs des canalisations - l'espace du petit déjeuner pas très agréable

Очень грязный город, в часы сиесты ничего не работает даже крупные маркеты.

отличное расположение, 10 минут ходьбы от центра и музея, 5 до дуомо, рядом супермаркет. при этом отель в относительном отдалении от грязной и опасной вокзальной площади. приветливый персонал, помогли сориентироваться в городе, указали на отличную не туристическую пиццерию. бесплатный вай-фай в номерах.

- отсутствие чайника, мини-холодильника или хотя-бы пары стаканов в номере. - Часть номеров находится рядом с входной дверью и ресепшеном, нам "повезло" в таком поселиться. Постоянный шум и разговоры мешали выспаться.
