I thought the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitaly stay again The breakfast was good and fresh but could be better (basic continental)

The hotel provides a good standard of accommodation with excellent transport links. Lake Garda is a 10 minute walk whilst the road and rail links are immediately accessible. It is a well presented hotel with extremely helpful staff. The pool was basic and not a great ourlook from it

Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal; ruhige Lage, fußläufig zum Zentrum/Strand und nah zum Bahnhof (gut für Ausflüge). Sehr angemessene Preise in der Hotelbar. Ausreichendes Frühstück. Das kleine Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, man fühlt sich einfach willkommen.

Sehr schöne zimmer Pool ist winzig.keine deutschen Fernseheprogramme (auf senderliste stand RTL,Rtl2),leider empfingen wir an einem Tag gar kein tv und am anderen nur ZDF,neben den italienischen Sendern! Wlan im Zimmer funktionierte nicht immer!

Camera spaziosa e accogliente. Ottimo impianto aria condizionata!OK Per Internet gratis!Parcheggio interrato sicuro.Staff cordiale La piscina di fatto non si utilizza perchè è in una posizione che non invoglia per nulla l'uso. Quando ho soggiornato è mancata l'acqua in camera a causa di lavori acquedotto, dalle 22 alle 5 ho quindi preso una bottiglia di acqua dal minibar...mi son dovuto lavare almeno I denti.L'HOTEL Me l'ha fatta pagare!!! 2€!! poca roba direte...ma è il principio! E non si sono nemmeno offerti di rimediare in qualsiasi altro modo, per esempio non farmi pagre il parcheggio...10 € per la notte. Questo comportamento non è bello per un hotel in città turistica!

l'hotel è carino e con vista panoramica, la piscina è molto carina, peccato che è proprio all'ingresso e si affaccia sulla strada (per fortuna non trafficata) il parcheggio a pagamento ( € 10 al giorno!)

Les chambres comfort qui sont rénovées sont très bien pour y passer quelques jours. Un hôtel très très calme. La salle de bains, tout en étant très correct ne correspond pas à un 4 *. a 50m de la gare de Desenzano l'emplacement est parfait. Buffet du petit-déjeuner très varié... La qualité du jambon laisse un peu à désirer..

Отель очень удобно расположен. Рядом ж. д.. вокзал. Есть бассейн. Заменили старую мебель, сантехнику. До центра города минут 12-15под горку, вечером после застолья полезно пройтись. Как ни странно близость вокзала. Если не планируешь вставать рано, не во всех номерах, слушно идущие поезда.

La gentilezza e la professionalità della reception. Il personale. Le foto del hotel sono assolutamente ingannevoli: La camera confort non aveva un vero letto matrimoniale ma due materassi singoli uniti alla bene meglio Il bagno era veramente "antico", parzialmente ristrutturato, ma anni '60 Il terrazzo non e' esattamente vista lago; in mezzo a delle palazzine dei cinesi scorgi a distanza siderale un po' di lago. Non parliamo del prezzo, 92€ scontato, avessi pagato prezzo pieno sarebbe stato 130€, ma non scherziamo! Sveglia a Dicembre a Desenzano non c e' nessuno, siate onesti.

Очень приличный отель, завтрак нормальный, персонал очень вежливый. Отличное месторасположение. Однако тем, кто едет зимой, надо одеваться теплее и быть готовым к тому, что днем отопление выключают. Так принято.

Das Hotel liegt ein paar Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt. Für eine Anreise mit der Bahn sehr gut gelegen. Allerdings muss man dafür einen etwas längeren Weg zum Gardasee auf sich nehmen. Das Frühstück hätte größer ausfallen können. Leider war die Auswahl an Brötchen nicht so groß.

Perfekt abgewickelter check in / check out. Sehr nette mitarbeiter. Moderne und neue einrichtung! Alles sauber. Spontan wohlgefühlt! Zuglärm ist gelegentlich zu hören aber auszuhalten. Momentan leider baustelle unweit des hotels. Am gammligen nachbargebäude sammeln sich tauben, die gerne zum trinken und baden den abfluss des pools nutzen.

Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Hotel mit viel Sichtbeton nicht sonderlich einladend. Der Eingangsbereich zeigt sich dann aber mit viel Grün sehr freundlich. Innen wurde das Gebäude umfassend renoviert. Ein modernes Foyer mit schöner Bar und gemütlicher Sitz- und Fernsehecke empfängt den Gast. Die modern gestalteten Zimmer mit hübschem Bad und angenehm großem Balkon laden zum Verweilen ein. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die bequemen Betten. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Frühstüßcksraum fällt gegenüber der übrigen Einrichtung deutlich ab. Er verspüht noch den Charme der achtziger Jahre; die Einrichtung passt so gar nicht zu dem ansonsten ansprechenden modernen Design des Hauses. Zum Frühstück hätten wir uns mal ein Ei, Rühreier und frisches Obst gewünscht. Aprikosen und Pflaumen aus der Dose passen wohl nicht zu einem Vier-Sterne-Haus.
