Shower difficult to understand

The staff was helpful and friendly. Nice cafe that services cappuccinos and breakfast, the rooms are very nice and modern with a spa feel. It's only 3 blocks from a main train station. Close to shopping and walking distance to the Roman Forum.

This is a small hotel. If you arrive from an international flight, don't expect a room to be available early. The staff is very accommodating to lock your luggage and get you a cappuccino to make you feel welcome.

Fantastic and friendly service. Lovely spacious rooms with a modern design. walking distance from all major attractions and major metro stop and train station.

If anything room was slightly small.

The location was great. Close enough to walk most places and we needed this after the copious amounts of pasta and pizza we consumed. The quirkiness of the room was also refreshing...

Going home!

Very Friendly and helpful staff. We want to print out some e-tickets for our train trip to Pompeii and they delivered it to our room within 5 min. Breakfast is very good. Stylish and modern room. Excellent location.

The bathroom/shower was amazing. Location was great, right by the train station. The design of the hotel was beautiful and modern.

The room was a bit small. Sheets weren't changed even though we put the "green" placard out on the doorknob. The bed was just made instead. No real amenities like a spa, etc. Breakfast downstairs and nextdoor, at a restaurant.

Extremely friendly staff who were very helpful booking places to eat and helping with any problems we had.

The courteous and helpful staff, and special interior designs of the rooms mixing elements of Roman and Zen influences. The breakfast and wi-fi were added bonuses.

Loved the friendly staff, the great central location, the decor and facilities and the restaurant Cotto for breakfast. Also had dinner there one evening and it was delicious and fun.

Nothing, this place is great!

The hotel is beautiful and very modern. The bed was comfortable. The lighting was cool. The location was awesome! We found it pretty easily walking from the train station. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast (included) was yummy next door with a good variety. They gave us a map of Rome which we used the whole time. We would defintitely stay there again!

It was a little too warm in our room and didn't seem to cool down by adjusting the thermostat...but it was fine bc we just opened our window. The woman (who was super nice) gave us the map but didn't seem to know where all the major sites were located. It was fine bc we were able to find them, but it would have been nice to be steered in the right direction. I think she was new though, so really, it wasn't a big deal.

No english television channels

I booked this hotel and just arrived at Roma Termini and called the hotel. It is just 8 mins from the station. Unlike normal hotel this one is located on a building on 5th floor. Manager is quite curteous. Immidiately after our arrival he gave us a street map with all places to see. We walked around most of the time and Metro is just 5 mins. Enjoyed stay there.

Everything worked out perfect. Channel Tv does not have any English channel. I would request atleast bbc or cnn.

I just loved every single thing at the Dharma Hotel! Rooms are amazing, good location, nice breakfast and the staff is wonderful! I had such an incredible time there and really recommend!

We left early in the morning so instead of having the free buffet breakfast the lady made us a box breakfast to take on the road, was perfect. We arrived early so the lady sent us down to a cafe for a free cappuccino was awesome service.

Location was great, walking distance to a lot of the attractions. The room was modern and very comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate and the cleaning staff were very efficient. The breakfast was excellent, and staff in the Resturant and bar were very pleasant. Could have done with more tea, probably A British thing. All in all we had a great trip and would highly recommend the Hotel to others.

Location and cleanliness !

The staff was exceptionally helpful; showed us the best way by Metro to get to the Vatican, held our luggage during the day while we were sightseeing. Very much enjoyed the spa suite!

Traffic noises were somewhat loud at night.

They went above and beyond to make my stay with them the best ! The hotel arranged a car to pick me up and return me to the airport. When I arrived they met me downstairs helped me with my baggage and took me up to the reception area on the fifth floor. I was told to just relax and they took care of everything for me. They then personally escorted me to my room to show me how everything worked. This is a very secure building with outside locking doors and another locked door you have to have a key to open to get into the room area. Once inside the room was more then I had expected it was very large with every amenity you would need and much more. I can't say enough about how amazing the staff was they went out of their way to help me locate restaurants and shopping areas. They also offer a free breakfast with your stay in the restaurant downstairs and it was great. This hotel may not have a five star rating but it deserves one. I can't wait to get back to Rome, and this hotel will be on the top of my list to stay.

It's near Central Termini, and it's modern and new in comparison to most hotels in this old city. There are also a small kettle and complimentary coffee and tea in the room which is not available in other hotels in Italy. The deco is very chic and am blown away by the design. Being near the main train station, it is within walking distance to many places of interest. City tax is also low.

Traffic is always an issue in Rome. The small road that Hotel Dharma is on is very crowded. Hence, noise is a constant problem. But generally lesser/no traffic by mid night.

Perfect stay, spacious and comfortable rooms, really comfortable beds (also the extra bed). The only minus is thick walls so you will hear your neighbour entering the room what is unpleasant ar night, but everything else was perfect. We can only recommennd this new hotel.

Thick walls

Great quality for the price we paid. Large room when compared to others in London. No sign on the front of the building can make it difficult to find. seen fiends room who stayed in another hotel in Rome and paid double the price but our room was better.

This hotel ticked all for boxes for us, Central location, Modern clean room, excellent airconditioning, Fridge, Tea & Coffee making facilities. Good Wifi. Daniella was very welcoming and helpful at reception on level 5. Good breakfast included with room rate at Cotto's, Alfonso was very helpful with tourists tips and information.

Signage for Dharma Hotel on building only, so can be hard to find. I do believe this is being addressed. Look for Hotel Petit, it's in the same building.
