The location is great, only a 5 minute walk from the Termini station and a 5 minute walk to Basilic Santa Maria Maggiore. The owner is so sweet and helpfull and it's very clean. They make up your room everyday and change towels everyday. The other staff gave us an advice about what to do with our 3 days in Rome so we knew what to do without missing Anything. Also he gave us a little history lesson and a really nice place to eat, thank you Francesco!!
At first, let me thank Fabio and Daniella, who made all and everything for our comfort and well-being, the room was so nice, perfect, very clean.....I give also the maximum for this hotel, because of Fabio, who has shown great courtesy and friendless ........ we are very delighted to have had our stay at this hotel. thank you Fabio so so much
Room was too small and cold
Excellent location, easy to find, friendly staff. The room was excellent. The shower cabin was a bit small. Cleaning every day, changing sheets and towels. Complimentary snacks (breakfast) and drinks (coffee, tea) provided every day plus electric kattle. Highly recommended!
Great value Superb location 3 min walk to Termini and S. Maria Maggiore Very clean! Kettle, free snacks and coffee/ tea Toiletries
Very budget hotel, near to Rome Central Station, rated as 1 star hotel, door locks are old rusty..Toilets are little bit dirty...lift available

All os bad
We stayed there with my wife 4 nights. The hotel is near termini station.Great location for travelers.Daniela the owner, was very helpful and friendly.Very clean room, they change towels every day!
Photos of booking.com didn't match what we expected. Its not a hotel is a pension.
We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel di Rienzo. The staff is really nice and welcoming. What impressed us the most was the fantastic and artistic decorations for the rooms and the hotel. We could see there is much love invested in this hotel. It is really in the center of Rome and it's easy to get there from the Termini train Station. Prices are affordable and the quality of services is high. I would totally reccomend this hotel to my friends and I'm sure I'll stay in Hotel di Rienzo next time I visit Rome.
The location was excellent, only 5 minutes walk from termini station.room was clean and the owner was very nice. We also had small refreshment included which was very nice as well. Good value for the money
The first impression about property (surrounding)was not that good but finally it was totally ok
The hotel is very close to the train station so it is quite convinient for travellers. The owner is very nice and informative. The room is clean, and we have free breakfast every day in the room. The italian restaurant downstairs is also good and with affordable price.
The wall of room is not very sound proofing, thus we can hear the sound from other guest rooms at night.

Its is a minimum of 15 min walk from main attractions.
Very clean and helpful staff
No A/C in the rooms and I bet will be freezing during winter..
Excellent communication with Daniela and her mother. Her mother stayed till 11pm waiting for us as we convinced before with Daniela. Both are very nice and the location is very good if you need to take a shuttle to the airport. Will book again if I am coming back to Roma!
Very clean. Good bed linen and towels. Towels changed each day. Good location to explore Rome from.
small shower. The decor was a little rough round the edges.
Proximity to Rail Terminal
Luggages could be held before check-in
Bath water was not hot.
Great location, three blocks from Termini train and subway station. Easy 30 minute train ride to or from the airport. All of the famous sites of Rome were within walking distance. Very small room but clean and for the price it was a good deal. The area looks bad in the daytime but at night there are outdoor restaurants and lots of people. Entrance is through a courtyard and on the second floor. They have an elevator. Wi-Fi worked in the room we had on the third floor. Lots of nearby stores for fruit and beer. Great by the slice pizza everywhere. Desk not staffed 24 hours but we were able to leave the key in our room because of an early departure.
Breakfast was a few packaged breads and an apple in your room. They tasted fine but we have grown spoiled eating yogurt, fresh fruit and rolls.
The lady in the reception is very kind and very helpful. No doubt the hotel is fully worth for the money.
There was an Italian lady welcoming us with a smiling face. The hotel was very close to termini.Although the area is a little scary,it was safe inside the hotel. The room was as it was seen on booking.com,no better no worse. Our room was in a flat which has four rooms, other than ours only one room was full,so there was no noise at night.
The area was a little bit scary although it was very close to termini. For one night it's ok but I don't recommend it for longer.the building was old,our door lock was like it was broken before,so we got scared little bit.The bathroom was shared,it had fair facilities. The breakfast was poor. They put rusk bread, jam, biscuits( they are all small packages),coffee, tea and kettle inside the room, this was the breakfast
