All very good, clean, spacious, good and friendly people.

They have a very sophisticated light system in the room. It would be nice to have a kind of a 'master button" in order to turn off the lights when you want to sleep at the total dark. As it is good for your some people.

Hotel has recently been refurbished to very high standard, Giving "feel" of historic building with very modern interior. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Although in sizeable town, close to centre. Hotel has free dedicated parking at rear of hotel & also a nice Patio area for relaxation.

Primarily the staff: the service was faultless. From our arrival, when we greeted in the car park as soon as we parked, to our departure when all the staff came to wish us goodbye, we were made to feel like valued clients. On our last morning my husband discovered that he had mislaid his reading glasses. We asked the owner of the hotel if he could telephone the restaurant where we ate the previous evening, to see if we had left them there: having established that this was the case, he actually got on his bicycle and went to fetch the glasses for us! Definitely service above and beyond the norm. We would definitely stay at this hotel if we visit the Varese region again.

Very friendly people,I was much to early to check in (normally at 14.00 u) and the gave me a room at 10.15 u.Breakfast ok.Nice rebuild house and very nice and clean room.......i can go on like this for 5 minutes.Perfect !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fabulous hotel. Newly remodeled: clean , quiet, modern and sparcely luxurious at the same time. Very quite, comfortable and a nice, calm design. Easy night time access, beautifully designed bathroom, wonderfully responsive wifi.

Staff very very friendly, and one really hot guy at the desk! Everything was 5 star hotel level. Location very convenient.

A beautifully designed and equiped small hotel. The rooms were excellent, particularly good for my wife who is disabled and requires a wheelchair The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

It was difficult to find fault with any element of the hotel.

Modern and comfortable rooms with plenty of light. Soft cotton sheets and comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and generous breakfast. Good parking. Great value for money.

This hotel is of an extremely high standard. The attention detail is evident. The hotel is very modern in design and the finish is excellent, as is the quality of furnishing. It is worth mentioning that you do need to be appreciative of contemporary design to enjoy this hotel, our parents were staying at the hotel with us and they found it very clinical. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. I have to say though, it is the first time in Italy I have had to ask for a stronger coffee.

Ultra modern rooms. Spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed there one night but would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Very helpful, Engkish speaking staff who were always on hand but never intrusive. A great deal of choice at breakfast. Very large room (No 2), enormous bed, views over the garden so quiet at night and excellent wi-fi. Very handy for restaurants.

An eccellent stay. Very high quality hotel. Freshly squashed oranges instead of the omnipresent juice was a real plus.

This is a delightful hotel, top-notch in every respect. It is brand new and very well done. The rooms, breakfast, location, staff, and welcome were all excellent. We also enjoyed Varese. This is a perfect place to stay in proximity to Malpensa airport.

This hotel offered a truly fantastically good value for money, with impressively fresh rooms - especially the high quality bathrooms. Staff was helpful with advice on how to find restaurants and bars. Very enjoyable and varied breakfast buffet in bright nice room was included (if not with the best of views into a grey courtyard). Highly recommended for one or two nights stay in a city not far to Malpensa airport.

Just two little things to optimize: the Fruitsalat could be fresh and homemade. The A/C should be better explained.

I liked everything in this hotel, all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, Debora and Luka helped us alot especialy with the luggages, thy were willing to answer any questions.
