Short walk to everything. Very large room. Excellent service from staff.
Somewhat shabby appearance. In need of new paint and bed cover. Bed extremely firm.
Location, breakfast, nice and spacious room. Very clean! Original check-in lady was very friendly!
Mix-up at check-in; these things happen, no big deal - the woman doing check-in tried to solve things as quickly as possible. She was friendly and helpful but insecure about her English and called another colleague. This second woman was rude to her and to us. I tried making a joke which clearly was not appreciated, acted as if we weren't there, ignored us for 10-15 minutes and went on being mean to the other girl.
Helpful staff and an excellent location. Lovely breakfast included in the room price. Very goo value for money!
A small kettle in the room would have been useful.
First of all I liked the size of our number, we had 2 rather big rooms for 3 people, staff was very nice and polite. I'd like to recomend this hotel to other tourists
It was wery hard to find the hotel, but this is Venice... Please make a detailed route before your arrival
no air conditioning in the room, even though it was advertised as air conditioned, could not open windows due to mosquitoes, so no ventilation. Wi Fi connection extremely weak. Staff not present except for couple of hours in the morning. Bathroom door got locked and we had to open it ourselves with directions being provided over the phone, as there was noone present to help.
Location was excellent, in between St Marks square and Rialto Bridge.
Breakfast is served in the room, but can do with 2 chairs in the room for 2 people. Only 1 chair is provided and it is difficult to sit on the bed and have to eat.
1) asked 3 times before arrival for cot for our baby. When we got there we found a small child's bed. Staff wouldn't help get a cot, so we had to have a 5 month baby sleep in our bed! 2) room was tired, floors dirty, safe was broken etc 3) we had check out until 11 & they tried to throw us out at 10 because their next guests had arrived I could go on but limited to 200 words. Avoid! I no longer have faith in bookings.com ratings!
Location was fantastic.
No one was there to greet us when we arrived, there was just a note on the door with the buzzer code which made us concered regarding security. The bed wasn't comfortable.
Location was great and easy to reach from the train station. Very private only a few rooms and only saw one other guest during our three night stay. We loved both the breakfast.
We were a bit confused on check-in as no one is present but then simple enough as they answer after ringing the bell and tell you envelope with key is ready on desk for you to take.
Well located near rialto bridge Cleaned room Breakfast served in the room, very complete.
Nothing to refer
Room size is good, furnature is new and stylesh. Good value for money. Suitable for younge capuls or solo travelers. Location is good near from Rialto bridge and 5 minutes walk to San Marco.
Hotel is really hard to find , reciption only at morning, no reciption in afternon ar evening. Brakefast serviced at .room
Staff was lovely, very accommodating and really friendly. Location was perfect, very easy to find and so central. Room was small but had lovely bathroom and was very clean.
Just needed a better air con system for summer as room was very hot at night even with air con on fully
Staff was available and helpful. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was warm and yummy. Location to Rialto bridge and San Marco's square is fantastic. Excellent room and washroom size. If staying here, be sure to take transit from the train station!
Electricity in the room is connected with the room key card. We removed the card from the key ring to ensure a/c on when not in the room. No screens on windows meant mosquitoes. Hotel name could be a bit more visible.
The location is perfect in the centre, close to all happenings but still surprisingly quiet. Take the public transport boat day ticket, cheapest way to get around by boat anyway. You might take it from the city parking to near the hotel. The hotel door bell is located at a corner house with a small sticky note with the hotel name.
Some repairs could make it even better.
The friendliness of the staff. Always willing to help. Excellent location 4 mins walk to the Rialto Bridge and water transport terminals and 5 mins walk to the the St. Mark''s Basilica and Square
Just a minor glitch during our stay when the water heater failed and we needed to take a cold shower.
Good sized room, great continental breakfast and a fantastic location about 5 mins walk to Rialto Bridge.
Unfortunately there is no key provided for the front door to the building which requires guests using the intercom to somebody who lives in the building to gain access and the B&B doesn't always have staff on site. It can cause delays and confusion at times
The location is perfect
The room was very big with modern furniture and as well the bathroom. The location was in the centre of the main attractions. With 5 mins walk you can reach piazza san Marco and the rialto bridge.
It's difficult to find it because there are no indication and no one knows about it. The other thing is that there isn't a receptionist from the afternoon onwards
Comfortable hotel, Nice location, Good breakfast to the room, Smiley staff.
Really hard to find the hotel...
Breakfast in tge bed :) and the central location
Staff are not availablr always there
everything is good ，value for the money。 also good location。
