No fire escape or elevator.

Location, "Bella Vista" - the view - really! Good insulation from street noise - the quiet - it was important for us! Team hotel, Cleaning - perfectly clean and at the right time, Interior Design - comfortable and beautiful General atmosphere

Shortages of hot water

The hotel is located right at the city center, with a nice view on the main square of the city. It is therefore a perfect starting point for the visit of an attractive city and the staff is helpful to give advices and maps.

This convenient location has however a serious drawback, the noise at night that extends up to early morning hours. The windows of the rooms are right above cafes and the square where many people stay for the whole night, talking, sometimes shouting. Even with the windows fully shut the noise in the room is disturbing. The breakfast has to be taken in a small cafe next door. As usual in Italy the cafe and croissants are good, but the voucher provided by the hotel offers little choice on the kind of breakfast.

The location on the Piazza Dei Signori was wonderful. Design and layout was perfect. Paolo was very helpful and also very pleasant.

Shower was either scalding or arctic and had low water pressure, we arrived at check-in time and it took 20 minutes of bell-ringing to be let in, breakfast very stingy and impossible for a gluten-free diet

Perhaps,some people happy if they be staying in hotels without any people from staff in reception during two days and same liked breakfast in poor neighboring eatery, and liked boiler in bathroom,which located on the wall up,to bidet and you need be folded in half for using bidet,boiler,which clicks all nights,and you need be open doors to shower for use the toilet-for me no!!!!

Location, location, location! A little gem smack in the middle of the main square in Padova. A beautiful old property tastefully re-furbished to provide lovely accommodation right in the heart of the town. The square vibrates with activity at night but when you want to get to bed the noise is barely audible once the doors and shutters are closed.

Not suitable for anyone who cannot use stairs as there is no lift and the stairs are quite steep.

Very good location just in the heart oh historic centre of Padua. Our balcony is just a part of the Piazza dei Signori. We were watching a medieval show with costumes, music, lights, fire, knights’ tournament, etc. we were in our room but the same time in the piazza sharing the feelings of the public. High quality accommodation.

The location is fabulous and the proprietor, Paolo took very good care of us.

The stairs are steep without a railing.

The location is excellent - right in the heart of the historic centre of Padua. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful and the arrangement for breakfast - at the little cafe next door - worked very well. The room was comfortable and clean. We got used to the arrangement whereby the proprietor was only there between 15.30 and 17.30, as we were able to come and go as we pleased.

Some late evening noise from the activities in the piazza when staying in rooms at the front of the hotel (but, on the other hand, interesting views from the windows).

Excellent location in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of all of the sights, restaurants, etc. that we wanted to visit. Very simple and relaxed breakfast provided in the cafe next door. Good range of information provided about the city.

Although it did not trouble us unduly as we are seasoned hikers, there is no lift so getting up to the top floor where our room was situated involved climbing a good number of stairs.

Location in picturesque piazza. Nice view of clock tower, though bells a little disturbing during the night.

No lift, fairly narrow stairway. Reception desk mainly unattended as owner elsewhere - haad to leave cash for rent in security keybox. Cleaning staff (Russian lady) very good and helpful.

A localização é excelente. E a cidade é maravilhosa... Padova é uma grande surpresa a ser desvendada, e compensou tudo... Amei essa cidade...

Quando cheguei não havia ninguém para me receber no horário do check-in, toquei várias vezes a campainha, foi muito desagradável, e na minha opinião, esse tipo de falha grave não pode ocorrer, deixar um hóspede sem recepção no horário de check-in, a porta fica trancada, e esperei do lado de fora, cerca de uma hora e graças a uma moça muito gentil que trabalha na sorveteria ao lado, que se ofereceu para ligar para o telefone que se encontra na porta, ligou e informou que eu estava lá há cerca de uma hora... Essa foi a minha sorte, porque logo começou a chover, o responsável me informou por telefone a senha e o cartão do quarto que eu deveria ficar, e me instalei até ele chegar.... Foi a hospedagem mais cara em que fiquei durante minhas duas semanas e me decepcionei.... Primeiro com esse stress da espera na porta, e também o café da manhã, foi o mais limitado que tomei... Somente um brioche e uma bebida, no bar ao lado ainda... Muito pouco.... O valor cobrado não condiz com que me foi oferecido... Ainda bem que me hospedei somente uma noite neste hotel...

camere e bagno troppo piccole; mancanza di ascensore con scale ripide; chiusura notturna; inaccettabile per un tre stelle.

posizione eccezionale, gestori molto cordiali, tutto è filato liscio. Unico neo (per colpa mia!) ho sbagliato bar per la colazione (uscendo sono andato a dx e non a sx).

Diamantino Town House rappresenta una delle rare occasioni di godere di una posizione notevole in pieno centro a Padova a prezzi contenuti. La cortesia e la disponibilità della Direzione aggiungono un motivo in più per farne una sistemazione da consigliare vivamente.

Posizione centralissima con splendida vista sul centro storico - camera spaziosa e luminosa con ampio bagno, bei sanitari.

La prima colszione da consumare ad un bar vicino, che domenica 17 ha aperto dopo le 8 perché (cosi ha detto il gestore) non era arrivata la pasticceria. Sconsigliato a chi non ama fare le scale (non c'è ascensore).
