This is one of the best services and staff I have experienced so far. Reception, room service staff are just incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful. In addition to, garage is next door, wireless operating without any problem at no cost. position of the hotel, quite environment and so close to the historic centre. It could hardly be better! |

Extremely helpful staff. Manager has good English and recommended excellent restaurants. Good breakjfast. Quite handy parking. Not exactly cosy, with long corridors and lots of mirrors and bling. Room OK. It all had a rather dated and tired feeling. |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was excellent, and I have already recommended this hotel to friends who are visiting the area. The fact that I used Hotel Diana three times already says it all. |

Bien situé pour des voyageurs se déplaçant en train:gare comme les monuments sont aisément accessibles à pied.La chambre était grande car c'était une chambre familiale mais quand on est 2 avoir en plus des lits d'enfants n'est pas forcément plaisant. Le français n'était pas parlé à la réception.Dans la chambre,une seule chaise(pour une chambre de 4!),les murs ont besoin d'être repeints,les angles sont abimés,C'est du parquet et il n'y a aucun tapis:manque de confort et bruits de pas d'enfants courant au dessus qui nous réveillent à 7h15!Le petit déjeuner est entièrement self,aucune table prête pour nous accueillir,pas d'oeuf,fruits frais durs,une seule viennoiserie:mini croissants rassis(à 8h!);à 8h30,il y a la queue par manque de place et parce qu'il faut tout aller chercher nous même. |

L'emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel à la réception qui s'est chargé de téléphoner au restaurant que nous avions choisi pour réserver notre table pour le dîner et qui nous a fait notre trajet pour notre excursion du lendemain; le parking à côté de l'hôtel A notre arrivée, erreur sur la chambre (chambre à un seul lit) et non pas chambre double lits jumeaux mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre très rapidement. Pas mal de marches pour accéder à certaines chambres (en particulier pour la 1ère chambre !) |

A szállás nagyon közel van Ravenna történelmi emlékeihez, pár sarokra található a főtértől, borozóktól, éttermektől. A személyzet kedves, a reggeli bőséges, a szoba tiszta volt. Igaz az erkélyünk egy belső udvarra nézett, az ablakunkból mégis látható volt egy templom, a román-kori toronnyal. Aki a tengerre vágyik ne Ravenna városát válassza, a strand 10 kilométerre esik a szálástól. Ideális ugyanakkor városnéző túrák kiindulópontjának. A hotelnek van parkológarázsa, de az a mi ottlétünk idején teltházas volt. A közelben ugyanakkor található olcsó nyilvános parkolási lehetőség. |

La situacion para visitar la ciudad es muy buena.Hay un aparcamiento cerca para dejar el coche. Nos dieron una habitacion muy pequeña, vimos que habia otras mejores, pero no se como las distribuyen. |

Sehr zentral, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, gutes reich bestücktes Frühstück, Zimmer sehr sauber.Großes Bad. Freundliches Personal. Nach dem Stadtplan leicht zu finden. Zimmer sehr klein, wenn die Garage die zum Hotel gehört (wenig Plätze für 10 Euro am Tag) voll ist, gibt es nur noch öffentliche Plätze die einige Meter entfernt sind. |
