Staff were friendly and helpful.

In a quiet area but close to everything. Staff very friendly. Everything clean and convenient. Breakfast quite varied and good.

My access card had to be re-programmed each morning.

The hotel is ideally placed close to all the main attractions and shops, but close enough to the station if that is how you arrive. We had a car and used the hotel car park which was right next door. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, approving our choice of restaurant on the first night and letting us know how to get there. The hotel was in a quiet area but this is Italy, so be prepared for some loud conversations at odd hours of the night!

Try to get down to breakfast early as our first day everyone turned up at about 9.00 and it was chaos. The waitress did everything she could but there is only so much one person can do faced with so many people wanting to eat.

We vere surprise to find the location very near a cheap parking lot, few minutes walk from the hotel. Walking distance to mosaics and good restaurants

The orange juice did not contain real fruit, however breakfast was full and varied though, with a lot to choose from, eg. excellent jam with lots of fruit in it.

Very good staff. They allowed us to check in very early because of our train schedule. Nice breakfast and breakfast room. Clean bathroom and good sized bedroom with comfortable beds pushed together, European style. Computer to use downstairs and free Wifi. Elevator. Nice quiet location in town with very quiet windows and roll shutters.

Noise from the adjoining room. The part of the hotel we stayed in seemed a bit tired. Service facilities for the maids in the hall way. Walls needing ppaint. Carpets a bit worn. Some of my relatives would not have fit into the shower.

It was well located and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The roo was spotless and the breakfast generous.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Ravenna. The staff are all very good. And Fillipo is just an amazing person and, by far, the best staffer anywhere. He knows everything there is to know about Ravenna, he has a great sense of humor, and he's a lot of fun to talk with. And the breakfast was more than adequate.

Very helpful, pleasant, and accomodating staff who speak good English and are full of useful advice about day trips, etc. It's pretty well located for walking to attractions in the city of Ravenna. The parking is on-site but costs extra.

Ravenna is infested with mosquitoes; the desk clerk says they are there until November. In spite of this, there are no window screens, so in order to avoid being devoured, we had to sleep with the windows closed and the air conditioning on. This seems pretty silly, and was not very comfortable.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good.

Saying hotel was Spartian was an understatement. For the cost, rooms were ok, but not fantastic. When I go back to Ravenna staying at Hotel Diana would be my second choice.

We had car trouble and the wonderful day manager called and somehow had the Hertz person out in less than an hour. He was also helpful in suggesting restaurants, best places and the times of openings for the mosaics. All of the staff was helpful but he was an angel. Our room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was ample and nicely presented. WE would definitely recommend the Hotel Diana.

The hotel is situated some 15 minutes on foot from the traion station and near all the major Ravenna attractions of Byzantine art nd architecture. It has no flashy outside, but inside it is of great comfort with large rooms, fully functional equipment, a breakfast with a great variety of delicious fruits, jams, honeys, juices and bakery. The staff is helpful, competent, and very friendly indeed. Ravenna seems to have made a commitment to become friendly to the environment, and this hotel has joined this effort in a discrete and consistent way. A wonderful place to stay, highly recommended also for families with small children (of which we saw quite a few at breakfast).

One of the best hotels I've ever been. Nice staff, very good breakfast, excellent location, big enough rooms. Very good price/value.

Great location within 5 min walk from piazza del popolo, and the historical centre. We also were to walk and gain easy access to all the attractions around Ravenna. Garage next door was handy as we were driving. The staff were very helpful and courteous to us, especially Antonella whom we interacted with most of the time by chance. We stayed un the newly refurbished wing, and earthing was nice and new. Grazie Mille!
