I only liked the lobby and the location of the hotel. I didn't like the dirt which was in the room; it was all over the floor and it stuck on my socks when walked around. I also didn't like the breakfast as the variety was limited and the juice was filled with water; i had to go and have breakfast outside. I also didn't like the noise from the rooms next to me and the people walking in the corridor; it sounded as if we were all in one big apartment but separate rooms; everything happening around my room was heard. Also i didn't like the bathroom as the flushing system was too noisy and i could hear each time my neighbours flushed their toilet ! Also the wooden floor had a piece sticking out which ripped one of my shoes. And on top of that, there was no wireless in the room ! So i would never recommend this hotel as it's not supposed to be a four star hotel; it's not even close to being a three star one.

Small but comfortable room. Free mineral water, pepsi and some snack in the minibar. Free wi-fi (it was written on the hotel page that wi-fi is not free but it was). Nice view from the roof. Breakfast could be better, and as I read in some reviews, the shower cubicle was not fully leak-proof and water got on the floor.

Good mid level hotel near Termini train station. Staff is helpful. The breakfast is very good and a must for beginning a long day of sightseeing in Rome. Beds are on the firm side, but accomodating. Shower and bathroom are reasonable size and water is hot. Room was always clean.

The hotel was in a very good location for our needs. The rooms were clean, the hotel staff helpfull and the breakfast adequate. The hotel rooms were small, my partner and i are only slim and we found it a struggle in the cramped bathroom. I also feel that the hotel was overpriced. It is not 4star in my opinion and not worth 200 euros per night.

Very good hotel, very convinient to all major sites in rome - for this trip, I didn't take any sub-way. Breakfast is good. The roof garden is wonderful. I'm looking forward to a summer trip when I can have dinner there

I enjoyed the professional way that my booking was handled. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room comfortable and cosy. It was also close to the major sights and the station. The service was good and I particularly enjoyed the Roof Garden Restaurant which was very pretty and refreshing with all the plants and flowers, friendly service and good food. The hotel is a little bit of a maze so it took some time to figure out how to find my room or my way in and out, but this was not a serious problem.

The location is good - close to Termini station, 20 minutes from the Spanish steps so very easy to travel from. Nice, clean small hotel, perfect for the purpose of nice place to sleep in and have nice breakfast before going to explore the city. Not suitable for spa or luxury purposes...

Location was good, close to shops and train station, the room was spacious and clean as we wanted to be. Very good breakfast I must say. The room was quiet so we could sleep well. Good choice all together. Smell from the bathroom but we kept the bathroom window open most of the time and that helped. No tea maker! Staff were very economic with words! Saying few words and not showing interest to see that the problem you had has been resolved. But not rude or anything.

Nice and Spacious room for 2 Adults and one Child. One big bed and one extra bed. Tea/coffee making facility in the room would have been an added advantage (this is just a suggestion).

Friendly staff, immaculately clean, big room, good location, wonderful to be able to have breakfast at the roof terrace 'al fresco'.pleasantly surprised that you got free can of pepsi, 2 bottles of water and a packet of crisps each day free , put in your fridge each day. the decor was a touch dated.the air conditioning was not very powerful. the dridge was not cold enough.

Great location, so central to everything. A reasonable walk to near the Termini (railway station) to buy tickets from the kiosk for the Hop/On/Off bus, an excellent way to get an overall picture of Rome. You can do a complete circuit, about 2 hours duration, then next circuit get off and on your choice of sites. You can also get off the bus and return later, the tickets are valid for 24 hours. The rooftop garden was very picturesque and the evening buffet was extremely good quality and the setting very romantic watching the sun set over Rome. The buffet breakfast was also very good quality and the fresh fruit was the best I've had in a long time - it actually had flavour. The only thing we could fault was the lifts(2) they were very slow. Another positive is that everything in the refrigerator is complimentary (no alcohol). Two bottles of water (one still, one fizzy), a small can of Pepsi and a small bag of chips. These are replenished daily. Would highly recommend the Hotel Diana. We would like to have had a map with directions to the Post Office, pharmacy and supermarket.

It was a good price and it was close to the main train station. It was quiet too and the rooms were very clean. If you're on a budget and you want somewhere clean and quiet then it's a good choice. I didn't like the breakfast. It was very bland and you would get sick of eating it after one time. I couldn't imagine eating that stuff for even a week. Orange juice etc was from concentrate not real orange juice. Cornflakes were not real cornflakes but cheapy ones. Scrambled eggs were oily. Everything about the breakfast was cheap. I got a single room so it was pretty small.

Very convenient location, with many buses around going to every neighborhood and tourist sites, the railway station (termini) was very close, so the arrival/departure from/to the airport very quick and easy, full breakfast according to the price. For a 4star hotel it´s anacceptable (inaccettabile) not to have free internet all the time and at least 3 PC tables available.
