Clean, modern, comfortable Couldn't access the roof garden for a drink upon arrival. Location not ideal if travelling on foot. Wifi wouldn't work.

Location was decent. It is very close to the train station but in Rome it is easy to walk or take the metro pretty much anywhere. Wifi worked pretty well. The room was really small and and the walls were paper thin. I could hear everything that was happening in the next room. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was so crowded, I could barely stand to take a shower. This hotel is incredibly overpriced and was hardly 4 stars. I didn't even visit the roof top garden and it isn't very practical to have breakfast up there. The elevator to get to the top takes at least 10 minutes to arrive so I never felt like waiting. The elevator was even a pain, it is very small and there was always a cue. I didn't listen to peoples advice about not staying here and I regret it.

Well maintained room. Morning breakfast was very good. Out of country visitors do not know how to operate the lighting switches, exterior blinds, etc. Perhaps a quick review by a room attendant on arrival would make the arrival easier.

- excellent location, central, next to Termini station, where there is a direct train connection to the airport, but not on any main busy and noisy roads, so perfect - staff were very courteous and helpful - free wifi - beautiful roof terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast *sadly it was raining when we were there, so couldn't take advantage of it - our bathroom was quite small, but in the other room we had, it seemed fine, so if this is an issue for you, check to see the room in advance

Close to every turistic place (fantastic location, good restaurants around), good breakfast, staff friendly. First of all we stayed in the worst bedroom, the beds were twins and they made a double, very unconfortable and small. We complained about that and on the second day we stayed in a confortable, big bedroom. The only problem was that the water bath was floating, but generally the bedroom was fair enough for the price.

I enjoyed my stay here especially with breakfast included which had a nice variety of food. The room was very clean and tidy with a safe and a wardrobe to hang clothes. There were a couple of bottles of water in the mini bar as well as some crisps which were free of charge. The hotel said it had free wi fi which was good but it did not work in our room which was room 620 but it worked in the hallway just outside our room

I loved the room which was freshly decorated, clean and had a lovely bathroom. The internet was not good. The staff at the reception desk was unfriendly. As a single woman travelling alone it is reassuring to have staff who are warm and friendly. It was very cold- the senior staff not even making eye contact. The beds were okay but very hard.

Convience to the Termini main line station. 30/45 minute walk to attractions. Bed very hard, small room, no conceirge to help with tourist information. Although breakfast included good the dinners were not so attractive, so we did not try.

Nothing really disappointing on the hotel. So Neutral. Proximity to Termini station is a plus regarding transportation. Nothing really disappointing although expected better selection for the breakfast. Also the 4 star rating is just on the edge.

The Roof garden was a great place to unwind after touring all day. The area was convenient to the trains, buses and metro. It was a nicer walk from the Repubblica metro than the train station. The breakfasts were good with a nice variety catering to the various and typical breakfast foods of their guests.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the main train station, so it is very convenient if arriving in Rome by bus or train. There is free wi-fi in the rooms, which are immaculate. The guest rooms have faux hardwood floors, which are far more sanitary in a hotel than carpeting. The buffet breakfast, which is included in the room price, is excellent. In nice weather they have two buffets set up: one inside and one on the rooftop. The rooftop garden is a wonderful oasis in a bustling city. It's nice to have cocktails up there before going out to dinner. A 20 minute walk down the Via Cavour takes you right to the forum and colosseum. There was nothing I did not like. I stayed there for two nights at the end of August and liked it so much I returned for another night on September 29th. One thing: the rooms are small. But this is common in Rome, where many hotels are in buildings that were previously something else. My job takes me to Rome frequently, so I'm used to it.

After getting adjusted (we are here for 6 days in all--four with a tour group) things have gone smoothly. The laptop works on the wi-fi, but not the I-Phone. Appliances do not work in spite of moving from plug to plug. The electrical currant in Italy is mystifying! The attitude of the breakfast. They are very grumpy and the manager, who works very hard, chastises the wait-staff in front of the guests. This embarrasses everyone!
