Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja asiantuntevaa, huone oli siisti. Hotellin sijainti erittäin hyvä; lähellä Terminiä mutta turvallisen oloinen vaikkakin vilkas alue. Huone oli sisäpihan puolelle, eivätkä liikenteen äänet kuuluneet. Kattopuutarha erittäin miellyttävä, ja aamupala aivan ok. |

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, huone oli puhdas joskin hieman kulunut. Paikallisen mittapuun mukaan runsas aamiainen. Saapuessa vastaanoton henkilökunta ei ollut kovin asiakasystävällinen |

Hotelli oli helppo löytää, yleisvaikutelma siisti, aamiaisbuffet ok. Tyylikäs kokonaisuus. Ystävällinen palvelu hotelliin saavuttaessa. Vaikka sijainti on ihan lähellä rautatieasemaa, alue on turvallinen eikä ollut mitään häiriöitä. Ikkunanäkymä huoneesta alakuloinen. Jossainmäärin sokkeloinen rakennus. Lähtöselvityksessä olisin toivonut ystävällisempää asiakaspalvelua. |

The location is great, very accessible to the tourist locations and beside near the bus stop and undeground. 5 minute from Republika and Termini station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was too small. Room was noisy. I expected more modern room |

Very nice and clean place, actually I arrived in the evening and the staff knew who I was (or had to be). The Roof Garden Restaurant was closed, and it is a pity when the whole image of a hotel with an exclusive roof restaurant shatters when you arrive. |

The lobby was beautiful, staff at the Roof Garden Restaurant was helpful and the view from the restaurant was breathtaking. Location was convenient to central Rome. Air Conditioning did not work properly when it was about 100 degrees outside, beds were uncomfortable, extremely small rooms, one room did not have a tub, only a stand-up shower, when we asked to order room service which was clearly offered as an alternative to dining out they said that it was 'unavailable' because the restaurant was 'too busy', the concierge staff was not helpful and rude. |

Excelent staff and wonderfull roof terace. Also wery handy location as this is just two blocs from main railway station and metro. Restaurant on the roof was also fine and there is just that extra something dining in night time looking over roofs of Rome... |

Excellent location, the roof terrace is also a great place to spend a bit of time relaxing after seeing the sights. The room suited a city break perfectly, I would definitely recommend it. |

Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and nice with lovely roof garden bar. This is a hotel near the train station, so probably it's for overnight guests who are traveling the next day. While my overnight was in July and the rate was fairly low, the room size is very small. This would only be a room for a one-night stay because otherwise you would feel claustrophobic in the room. I'm sure they have larger rooms at higher rates. |

Good location to most of the attractions and also to the main bus/train terminal. Hotel airconditioning is shut off in the early hours of the morning and room can get warm and uncomfortable for sleeping. |

The terrace is very attrattive to have breakfast with view over the city. Room 429 was not up to four star standard with a worn out 2m x 1 m bathroom. You could hear the guests from the adjacent room as if they were standing in your own room. Poor and outdated decoration of room, hardly worth 2 stars. |

Arrived early and was able to check in and received our room. Very conveient to Train Terminal, Metro and bus stops. Easy to find once I knew where I was going. |
