Everything was fine! Good location, close to the subway and most of the major monuments, would suggest it to others! Breakfast was all-inclusive, room clean and comfortable, staff very polite :) Thanks!
The location is nice. Easy access to the station and any metro, buses, etc.
The room is quite cheap, but it so small and from the window, I can see only the backyards of other buillding.
Location, breakfast, friendly staff
i would suggest to refresh the curtains and remove some dust in the room.
I liked breakfast and location.
There was not internet at all in the room. I couldn't even send a mail. They said that the hotel was full but that was not enough for me. Hotel is supposed to receive many guests. They offered something I had to pay for, but I didn't receive at all.
Room cosy and good Breakfast
Not very professional in service
very good breakfast, good location
was not possible to connect wi-fi, only in the morning the problem was solved
the roof garden - once it is open - with its great view. this was one of the main reasons we have chosen th hotel. breakfast was very nice, with the exception of the coffee.
roof garden was closed after breakfast even the weather was warm and sunny. the coffee at breakfast was horrible, not the well known Italian style.
Choose the location because near the main Roma train station and subway. Location great the staff very friendly and helpful. They gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants. Breakfasts were good. Nice bar on top but weather so cool we couldn't take advantage of that perk. Great nearby restaurants: o La Gallina Bianca o Atelier
We had a triple room because there were 3 of us. Small quarters but to be expected in Europe.
Location, 8 minute walk from Roma Termmi and metro station, close to hop on, hop down buses. Excellent breakfast.
Counter staff to serious. should be more open.
Location to the train terminal.
Tiny room, not well equipped. Not even a place to hang a towel in the bathroom. The walls were paper thin. The room was stuffy and suffocating and no AC so we had to keep the window open, which meant a noisy night and no sleep. The staff were very cold and not helpful. The elevator is not sufficient for the volume of guests, so people are waiting a long time. Horrible experience for our last night in Italy after a 2 week vacation.
Good location and breakfast very good lots of choices.Housekeeping Restaurant Porter staff excellent and very pleasant.
Man on Reception not very helpful at all didn't even tell us where anything in the hotel was a smile would of been nice. And when we left just took the money and didn't ask us if we enjoyed our stay or what didn't smile then either!!!
They had discontinued Dinner Buffet in Roof Garden. Quality of a la carte dinner seemed less than when it was buffet. Breakfast was still good.
The position, the breakfast
Old furniture, not well taken, expensive
Slow coffee and hot water machine for breakfast always had to queue
Location, breakfasts. Less expensive to take van to airport than the train! Local nearby restaurants were very good and fairly reasonable ( for Rome)
Staff was not super helpful and servers were not able to split a single tab on to two credit cards (go figure).
Rooms, service and location of hotel
Small lift especially to breakfast room
Comfortable bed and pillows. Marco, a very cheerful waiter in the rooftop garden on our last night.
Bath had a very rough surface. Bathroom tiles were not clean. We reported a leak in the bathroom but nothing was fixed and the leak continued. Air conditioning seemed to barely work.
Breakfast, staff (barman, waiters, receptionist), roof garden, location, cosiness
For 3 days were problems with wifi in the room, no view from the window of a single room, some noise from restaurant
The hotel is within a couple of blocks of either the Republicca or Termini Metro stations (both have Hop On/Hop Off tour bus stops). The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a great start to the day. They offer a large selection of hot and cold items: meats, fruits, pastries, yogurt, etc. The espresso/coffee/cappucino machine was wonderful. Many restaurants & cafes in the area. They offer luggage check so you can continue to sightsee in comfort while waiting for your room or departure flight. There is a business center in which I was able to do online check-in for my return flight and print my boarding pass. Travelling as a solo female, I had no concerns for my safety in the immediate area of the hotel. As you got a couple of blocks toward the termini, however, it got a bit more dicey. No issues with the front desk or breakfast staff or A/C as other reviewers indicated.
No complaints, whatsoever. The price was fair for the room and in a perfect location. The only comment I would make contrary to the website claims would be, it is a nice, clean, comfortable 3 star hotel, but I wouldn't rate it 4 stars. That said, the other hotels in the area that also had 4 stars on their placards did not look that high of quality, either. Maybe Rome bases their stars relative to the other local hotels...
Location and roof garden restaurant
Location of the hotel was great near Termini station, staff was friendly and helpful, clean
WiFi valid for three days and not working good, breakfast was poor not as i expected for 4 star hotels, the room is too small and the bathroom was very small to fit your self in it
Clean room, ready early Fine complete breakfast Helpful staff Great location for buses and metro
Wifi is slow
It was a comfortable stay, convienent location. Love the roof top for dining.
The hotel was in walking distance to the train and Metro. Breakfast was included and was very good. Rooftop restaurant with view of city was excellent. Room was good size. Bathroom was huge.
Front desk staff at check in and check out were not friendly at all. Rooftop restaurant Manager although he was very friendly to us was rude to his staff in front of us who were very hard working. Elevators and signage was very confusing. Shower sprayed water everywhere.
The staff were very helpful and gave us advice on the surrounding area. We had one single room which was small but comfortable, plus one large double room which had a sofa and chairs so the 3 of us could sit comfortably and talk. The roof garden was a real bonus, somewhere to sit with a glass of wine and admire the view over the rooftops. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we also enjoyed our meal on the terrace in the evening. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the square at Termini where we got the hop-on-hop-off bus round all the main sights in the city, so very convenient for all forms of sightseeing travel. Also within walking distance of the Colisseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps if you are fit! Definitely a good find and would stay at this hotel again when in Rome.
The rooms did not have a view, looking out on to other buildings at the back of the hotel and so quite dark, but as we didn't spend much time in the room during the day it was not a problem.
