Most of the staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is comfortable. Most of the staff did not speak english, making the communication quite difficult sometimes. I did not understand why the breakfast had to be taken before 9:40 since in most other hotels the limit is 10:00. |

The location, walking distance from Santa Teresa but in a calm street The personnel was not equipped to fix the bathroom door in the evening. They could have called someone to fix it instead. |

The design of the room. It was perfect, not exagerated, just clean and beautiful. The size of the room and bathroom, the area around the swimmingpool, everything was very nice. I had a problem with the fact that the kitchen closes at 21:00 and I arrived after that. Since I had no car, the hotel is a bit far from downtown and taxis are difficult to get,it is not very convenient. But they organized a salad for me for the lunch of the next day, although the kitchen is closed at noon. |

Our room gave us a direct sight/entrance to the swiming pool . The situation was fine, 5 minutes by foot from the center and restaurant. Free parking. We heard too much the noises of the other rooms and the staff didn't give us information about the accomodations, services and tourism in the area. We would expect from a four stars hotel more than what we got. |

Pool, jacuzzi, good level of service, breakfast was good as well. Shower was too small!!! Could not bend over to pick up the soap! As with all the hotels we stayed in (in Sardinia), the bathrooms could have been better designed. |

hotel was spotlessly clean, very nice decor, friendly staff The breakfast was certainly not 4* quality - extremely limited choice: 1 type of cheese, tinned fruit - the 'fresh' fruit did not look particularly fresh, white rolls or croissant - very disappointing. I didn't see the restaurant open at all in the evening. Although the rooms were clean the shower was the smallest imaginable - not enough room to turn round in. |

malgre sa situation un peu excentree par rapport a la mer,il est de loin le plus bel hotel de cette charmante petite ville manque de professionnalisme de l equipe hoteliere,au niveau accueil,et service resto.petit dejeuner vraiment basique. |

La situation géographique est bonne et l'emplacement est calme. Possibilité de parking dans le garage. Le personnel de la réception est très à l'écoute des clients et très arrangeant. Petit-déjeuner "buffet" un peu juste et surtout trop tôt (max 09h30) pour les personnes en vacances. L'eau de la piscine était extrêmement acide et déplaisante. Pour moi, il s'agit d'un bon hôtel 3 étoiles mais n'a pas le standing d'un 4 étoiles. |

L'ottima posizione e la tranquillità. La nostra camera matrimoniale, piuttosto piccola, aveva un lettino da campeggio da noi non richiesto e che è rimasto nella stanza per tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno, mentre avevrebbe fatto ben più comodo un piano per appoggiare e riporre le valige che invece non esisteva. |

Hotel molto carino, curato e pulito. Comodo parcheggio. La posizione dell'hotel è un buon compromesso tra centro paese e spiagge, ma resta indispensabile avere l'auto per qualunque spostamento.. Insonorizzazione camere insufficiente, strano per un hotel nuovissimo, e in alcuni casi poca preparazione / esperienza / disponibilita del personale. Orario colazione fino alle 9.30 troppo restrittivo in una zona di vacanza. Offerta della colazione assolutamente inadeguata per un 4 stelle. Prezzo elevato. |
