Staff frıendlıness, locatıon, good breakfast. Late hours street noıse was a bıt annoyıng. Proxımıty to places of ınterest and shops a bıg plus. Enjoyed our stay. Outsıde noıse. People walkıng and talkıng, especıally after dark when ıt ıs quıeter. |

The Staff were very curtious and obliging, the acess of internet with the use of their laptops, Well located and very clean. Some kind of mosquitos netting is needed on the window in our room that happens to overlook the yard/restorant allowing mosquitos in which I lost count after counting 16 bits on me and having killed at least 20-25 mosquitos in the last two nights alone. |

It is within easy reach of the centre, especially St Mark's Square. The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. Although it was good having a compact diningroom and I was able to talk to some of the other guests, this may not suit everyone and a bigger diningroom with self service would be good. |

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. We like the location - close to St. Mark's, shops, restaurants and the water transportation. The hotel is clean and quiet. |

Hotel room was nice, location good Absolutely do not recommend this hotel and am very puzzled that booking.com would recommend this hotel. The hotel charged the room to the credit card we have provided on booking.com prior to us staying at the hotel. When we challenged the staff on this their only comment was that this is what they always do. |

The staff were accommodating and the general atmosphere was relaxed. Very conveniently located for San Marco. The flip side of the convenient location is the noise from surrounding restaurants that continued until midnight on our last night. |

the location was good and the free internet. Not enough electric sockets in the room had to remove the T.v plug in order to recharge my mobile telephone, room very small with no view ,however is suitable for short stay's. |

Great location near St Mark's square, free internet in the rooms, twin bedroom It was more like a 1 star rather than a 3 star hotel. The receptionist did not say thank you with a smile when we checked out (but other staff were more friendly). The hair drier in the bathroom does not give hot air and we had to ask for a replacement. The breakfast is mediocre. |

Location, location, location !!! The location of this hotel was fantastic, and the staff were v-helpful and v-nice. It is small and basic, but ideal for a short stay (we stayed for 1 night). |
