Very close to st marks square
Think overpriced considering size and quality of room - breakfast basic
It was raining
Location was excellent
I liked the location most of all. The staff was very friendly and ready to help any time.
Breakfast choice is very limited - no cereal or fruit.
Very nice hotel. Pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Would most definitely stay again.
Breakfast is very simple, only cold options available. However service at breakfast by staff members was very polite and hospitable.
We ordered a connecting room for our family of four but on reaching venice late at night dead tired got to know that we have been very conveniently allotted two seperate rooms!!! When tried to reason with them as it was our right to get what we booked for and if there had been a problem the hotel should have informed us but they were very rude and aggressive including the owner of hotel who asked us to leave if we didnt like their arrangements!! And where else could we go late at night with two young kids!! And again who has the time to find a new hotel!! but instead of listening to us politely and winning us over they were rash and aggressive taking advantage of their home ground perhaps in typical italian/ venetian way They suggested to us that father should sleep with one kid and mother with other kid since kids couldnt be left to sleep in a seperate room on their own. Wow wow what an idea!!! Here we are coming for a family vacation in the same space not to be divided in two seperate rooms with divided luggage. I will not value them for any thing as they ruined our first impression of our dream vacation in venice It was not a professional behaviour at all and this is my experience of extensive travelling in last 4 years that many flaws can be covered in any hotel with a friendly helpful staff who are able to listen to their customers but it wasnt the case here.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very convenient to most local attractions, as well as the hotel was quiet and comfortable for sleeping. I also liked that the hotel kept with the local decor and didn't feel as generic as some.
The need for wifi passcodes that expired every 24 hours was a bit inconvenient. The refrigerator was not restocked every day, nor were clean glasses provided.
Location, breakfast, Staff,
Narrow staircase to rooms. Elevator didn't work
Locaton was excellent. Staff was very friendly an helpfull. Room was neat and clean.
No coffee and tea in rooms.
Very close to the main square
Excellent location - also with small kids. Perfect location next to the " the must se" sights. Quiet rooms Kindly service/staff
Location is close to Sanmarco staff were helpful.
Outstanding location. Good air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff.
We had to leave the key with the front desk every time that we left the hotel. Staff members who never saw us previously gave it to us just for the asking without verifying our identity. Tiny room with a window overlooking a narrow alleyway which provided a little light and a lot of street noise; fortunately, we spent little in the room. Stingy with breakfast; they would only allow one croissant per person.
The single room is too small, the bathroom is more than small, even i couldnt take my shower well.
The hotel was close to the airport as I needed, and there was a free shuttle.
I arrived at hotel around 10:00 pm and I was hungry. Around there is nothing so I asked a snack to the hotel. They said ok and after 15 min waiting they said ' sorry we don't have anything to eat'. It was really unrespectful behaviour. Also I went down stairs 2 times to make my key work, that the staff couldn't do it for 2 times.
We would like more variety with breakfast.
Great location close to St Marc Square, and still very quiet Staff very helpful I definitely recommand
Grat location, kind stuff, good rooms
Breakfast could be better; no cerials, no slalmi, no chesse, no eggs..only sweet and spread. We know that kitchen is small, but still there is enogh room for milk, cerials and salami maybe:)
Liked everything. I know the breakfast got bad reviews by others, but we had no complaints. We enjoyed the breakfast.
Coffee not our favorite. Our view was lacking
Location is perfect.
Wi-fi is very slow in the room. The wall is so thin. You can hear water voice. We stayed 4 nights but our bed sheet wasn't changed. Breakfast area and tables are very small.
Location Rooms were a good size for a family of four
Very basic breakfast but the lady who served it was lovely Water pressure in shower non existent Wi-Fi in room didn't work
The location was easy to find. The staff is friendly and the rooms are large for Italian standards.
The breakfast is lack luster. All you get is bread, crackers and coissants. Coffee, tea and juice for the drink. Not your standard fare in my opinion. They need to offer fruit, meat and cheese. We expected more for a three star hotel.
Location was great and staff way very responsive via email.
The staff were friendly and knowledgable, nothing was too much trouble for them.
The pillows were too hard for me.
