Great central location. No.5 Is a pretty romantically decorated apartment - mixture of old and modern. Though listed as a b&b, you get an apartment to yourself which was fantastic. Nice little touches, eg radio, paintings, good breakfast provisions. Christian was great and was most accommodating in letting me check out very late due to evening train and also when I wanted to extend my stay in Lecce. Merci beaucoup (I enjoyed practising my very limited french on him). Need to get the cleaners to give the bathroom/shower and kitchen/under the sink a thorough clean for a perfect score. Note to those who like a quiet Sat night - bring earplugs as it's party central right outside till 3-4am! The walls are paper-thin so you can hear everything going on in the bldg ;) |

large, attractive apartment near the city centre Not about the hotel but the web directions were not accurate at one point which was crucial in a city with lots of narrow alleys and one way systems. Did inform agent. |

The bed and breakfast was in a good area off lecche...the breakfast supplied was certainly adequate good air conditioning in lower room upstairs fan only and warm...stairs were quite a risk Dark room, towels were synthetic .bathroom was not to our standard kitchen was not cleaned in the lower cabinets...... |

The owner was friendly and the apartment was big and very clean and above all the hotel is situated in the center of Lecce, next to the Duomo. Very good choice. |

Prachtig gelegen in het historisch centrum van Lecce. Alles te bereiken op loopafstand. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzame eigenaar. Sfeervol appartement met de nodige luxe. Zeker een aanrader ! |

Beau cadre authentique et de caractère. Propriétaire du B&B très courtois. Attention : il n'existe pas de réception ! Pour entrer dans les lieux, il faut téléphoner au n° indiqué à la porte. Situé en plein centre historique, le B&B n'est pas aisé à trouver. |

Posizione centrale, vicinanza ai luoghi di interesse e ai locali del centro. La struttura non offre un servizio di reception. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora e mezzo davanti all'ingresso per avere la chiave dell'appartamento, nonostante (dopo essere stati disturbati alle 8 del mattino da una telefonata della madre del proprietario) avessimo comunicato con precisione il nostro orario di arrivo. Inoltre non è affatto chiaro come gli ospiti si debbano regolare riguardo l'accesso alla ztl: viene fornito un pass (???) ma nutro dei dubbi sul fatto che la targa venga effettivamente comunicata ai vigili così da evitare le sanzioni conseguenti il passaggio attraverso I varchi videocontrollati. |

Completa autonomia della stanza... Ottime le paste di pasticceria a colazione... Ottima la posizione centralissima a pochi passi dal duomo e dai pub per la vita notturna di Lecce. L'unica pecca, ma non dipendente dall'hotel, è che essendoci un pub vicino, nelle serate estive chi vuol andare a letto presto sentirà qualche rumore. |

La posizione centrale nella città. Appartamento molto ampio con vasca da bagno in camera. Arredamento raffinato. Ambiente molto umido e con odore in quanto si trattava di un ipogeo (e questo non era specificato nell'offerta). Bagno con scarsa manutenzione: la doccia era inutilizzabile. |

Πολύ γραφικό το παλιό σπίτι. Πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο. Στην ουσία ήταν appartment με δική του είσοδο. Ανεξάρτητο δηλαδή από τα υπόλοιπα appartments. Πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία του Lecce (2 λεπτά με τα πόδια). Σαν σπίτι. Πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο για το πρωϊνό. Υπήρχε μηχανή για caffe capuccino, ζάχαρη, σερβίτσια, γάλα, μαρμελάδες, βούτυρο και νερό εμφιαλωμένο στο ψυγείο από την πρώτη ημέρα και κάθε μέρα φρέσκα γλυκά από τοπικο φούρνο, εξαιρετικά. Καθαριότητα πολύ καλή. Σε γραφικό στενό της πόλης, Ο Christian, ο ένας από τους ιδιοκτήτες πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Καινούργιο κρεββάτι στο δωμάτιο πιο άνετο και λίγα ακόμη διακοσμητικά στοιχεία να γεμίσει λίγο ο χώρος του δωματίου και να αναδείξει τη γραφικότητα του έξω χώρου. |
