Location was perfect, staff was friendly and helpful, clean
The air conditioning in the room could have been better
All was delightful starting with the amazing staff, Ron, Michele and Carol. Position was excellent, rooms well appointed and clean. Although it is meters from the Piazza full of restaurants and the Pantheon the hotel and our room were extremely quiet It is a gorgeous little boutique hotel which is big in attributes.
Location, accommodation, staff were very friendly...there wasn't anything to not like about it. Need to look for the number of the hotel, and then look at the name plate by the door and ring the bell to gain entrance, There is no name to show where it is, but there is someone there all day to let you in when you arrive.
Super location, excellent reception team, very nice rooms with enough space!
This place is outstanding. I have stayed in Rome over 1/2 a dozen times and this place was the best. The location is excellent, the rooms are great and the staff are really friendly...drinks and nibbles at 5pm in the reception area...wow
We loved the location near the Pantheon. We loved all the receptionists, especially Ron. we loved that they provided a cocktail hour with Prosecco every night. We liked being in a small,residence-type hotel in a historic area. We were given whatever help we needed, and always with a smile and a positive attitude. The hotel was clean and quiet. We even received some nice gifts from them when we left. They were very reasonable when one room was vacated a day early by part of our party by giving us a prorated charge. We had a lovely stay.
Overall, everything was great. The free internet only worked so-so in some rooms. Also, guests should be aware that the reception desk is not manned after10 PM until the next morning. Also, the entrance to the hotel proper is up on the 1st floor not at the street level. There is an elevator but one must walk up a few stairs to access it - and it stops on the staircase between floors and so one must walk down to the hotel. It is not for those with mobility problems.
Loved it all, very friendly and helpful staff and loved the chocolate coffee beans. Highly recomended
This was a great hotel for our Rome visit. Close to everything. We felt very safe. The room was large, very comfortable and well equipped. The staff were excellent. We plan to stay there on our next visit to Rome.
I was extremely impressed by the facilities, location and staff. In particular Ron was extremely informative, courteous, charming, enthusiastic and helpful! Highly recommended.
Nothing. Extremely pleased.
The personal service and assistance was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and we were pleased that they had WiFi.
We would have liked for Breakfast to have been included.
The location was excellent. It was down the block(in a side street) from the Pantheon, a wonderful area. This hotel is a residence hotel so one felt like a local with one's own set of keys in the evenings to let yourself into the big set of doors on the street. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Each room was supplied with a Nespresso- type coffee machine, complementary coffee pods, cream, and cookie type snacks for the AM or whenever. The front desk also supplied complementary juice in the AM and a delightful cocktail hour of champagne and small hors d'oeuvres in the afternoon. These were besides the other reasonably priced food and drink items for sale in each room. The staff was particularly helpful and responsive to individual situations. They were all wonderful, courteous, and understanding. The place was quiet, clean, friendly, and very convenient.
Really, not a thing! This is a small, residential hotel. So, if you need 24 hour service, this hotel might not be for you.
Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room.
Ron, the receptionist is amazing and super helpful. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. There is a complete tea and coffee option for the breakfast. Its only 5 seconds away from the Pantheon.
Nothing. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Rome.
It was in the heart of Rome and near everything worth doing--site seeing and shopping.
Getting to the front desk can be a challenge. It's located on the second floor of a building with other offices and residences. You have to go down a first floor hallway, up one flight, and then knock on the door to be let in.
Loved location, comfortable bed, and the peace and quiet and loved Ron the receptionist who was thoughtful, helpful, kind and happy!
Sadly due to some wiring problem there was no wifi for the duration of our stay, the staff though were very apologetic!
We loved the location and were very comfortable here.
The freedom of being able to come and go, the attention and friendliness of the staff, without being overbearing or patronising. A feeling of a 'home from home'. Super value for money, would definately recommend and use again. Optional breakfast also recommended and no inconvenience to walk across the Piazza to enjoy it,
Having to come home!
the staff were the most accommodating, friendly and helpful that we have come across in all our travels
Great location, lovely staff and a beautiful place to stay! Loved every minute of it.
Ron and Donna were extremely helpful during our stay. They helped book us entrance tickets to a number of the main sights and saved us hours of queuing. The location of the accommodation is perfect to be able to get to all the maion places by foot.
The location was great, we could walk to all the major tourist attractions. Our room was very quiet even though it was in the middle of the city. The staff was very helpful and polite!
Local is perfect, the staff is very frendly and helphul, the hotel is wonderful!
Perfect location, extremely helpful staff !!
No view from our room
Perfect for Rome
The location was great, right near the Pantheon. The staff was very service minded and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, and the place was very quiet and peaceful at nighttime. All over a great stay and good value for money.
We got the room right next to the reception, so when they were there, we would here voices, phone calls etc. But it was not a big problem as the desk was not attended at night time. The web site also said check in until 11 pm, but when we arrived half past nine, we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come and let us in.
