Set just a 10 minute walk from the historic center of Montepulciano, Albergo Il Rondò has its own pretty gardens and is surrounded by the vineyards and olive groves characteristic of Tuscany.

Friendly Meublè Evoè is situated in the historic center of Montepulciano, just 110 yards from the main square, putting you just steps away from this beautiful medieval town’s many attractions.

La Pievina is a family-run farmhouse in the Tuscan countryside, 3 km outside Montepulciano. Set in 25 acres of private farmland, it has panoramic views of the surrounding hills and vineyards.

The room was very cozy and had a great atmosphere. Everything was very clean and the B&B even had an elevator! Upon first arrival, we were asked to meet at their restaurant further up the street but then they kindly helped us with our bags and led us to the B&B facility. Great play to stay!
The staff is very friendly, the location couldn't be better, very good accomodations! Thanks Patricia, for a very good time!
The breakfast (very good, by the way) is in a different bilden so you have to walk on the hill to get there. But as the city is lovely, it is not a big issue.
Incredibly large, centrally located family room with all mod cons (AC, washing machine, kitchenette), incredible value for money, wonderful owners and a beautiful town to explore. Highly recommended.
We had a huge space for the four of us, including a combined living and dining room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. We also appreciated the free WiFi. Breakfast at the owners' restaurant, not included in the price of the room, was one of the best on our trip. Most importantly, Montepulciano is a wonderful small Tuscan hill town. There were many tourists during the day, but things were much quieter at night and in the morning. We loved exploring the narrow winding streets up the hill and all of the unique shops. Don't miss the Mazzeti copper shop and the Redi wine cellar. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Montepulciano, even the laundromat was excellent!
We were disappointed that the washing machine did not work, especially since this was in the advertisement.
situation right on the corso street
the parking place
Location was fantastic and the room was large.
Having to call owners and wait for their arrival to check in. And then having to check out at a restaurant at the top of the hill.
Just beautiful B&B. 3 floors (with elevator). Our room opened into a small patio so we could write postcards, have snacks, etc. sitting outside in private. Room was charming (#5). Got to see another large room with a kitchen, so that is a possibility, too. Located ont he main street (no cars allowed) so everything is nearby. Special care, including recycled toilet paper, scented reeds, double lock doors, beamed brick ceilings, just all put together for a lovely space. Tv and wifi, comfortable bed, but tiny (typical in Italy) bathroom.
Since the restaurant owned by this family is about a 10 minute walk, I would have appreciated a coffee maker to facilitate buying some rolls for breakfast. Hill town, so be prepared to walk very steep streets. Lots of wine (see the cantinas way underground - one very close to the B&B), and eat at their restaurant. Picturesque, comfortable, private.
The owner is very nice person, she made a stay nothing but a pleasure. Communicate well in English. Food is excellent, location - can't ask any better... Clean room with gorgeous ceilings. She offered us to stay as long as we need to see the town, and check out ourselves by leaving a keys at the front desk and lock the gate behind us. Personal touch all over. Highly recommend to anyone.
We enjoyed staying inside the city walls and having all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Francesca was very helpful and friendly. The B&B was renovated recently and has a modern interior. The restaurant run by Francesca and her family was excellent!
The city is fantastic. It is everything you came to Tuscany to see -- Wine, architecture, food, people. The rooms were great, large bathrooms, large beds. There rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast at the restaurant was a buffet with an ample food. Mainly a European menu, but also fresh yogurt, hard boiled eggs and coffee.
Read the small print - You check in at the Restaurant, not the apartment. The single road "Nel Corso" has different names and starts renumber 3 times. It is easier to find the Restaurant than the apartment. The restaurant is also the location of the breakfasts. There is a "lot" of walking up and down the hills of Montepuciano.
The location can't get Amy better. The breakfast was not that good. But definitely worth the 5€ fee.
The parking. There wasn't any. The answer we've got was that they have parking "but not that day". The parking they "usually" have was not at all near the B&B.
very comfortable room! Excelent breakfast! Excelent Wi fi!
Excellent location including parking, wonderful staff, fabulous food at the restaurant affiliated with the B&B
Bed pillows were a little hard
location was great. When we ate at the restaurant the food was wonderful. When we did see the staff they tried to help. The rooms were a good size.
Breakfast wasn't in the hotel. We had a kitchen but there were no supplies in it so we could use it. The lights in the hall were on a timer and kept going out when we were in the hall. The rooms were not ready when we got there. No one was around to help when we had issues. We were not shown how to use the locks etc to get in and out of the hotel. Found several bugs on the floor in the room.
Excellent location, clean & modern bathroom, plenty of space in the room, reserved parking, and friendly receptionist.
It is odd that there is a kitchen, but no kitchenware. Not even a kettle to boil water, or a cup. Bring your own Bialetti and travel plateware if you want to make coffee and have breakfast in the room.
Location was excellent. Room was nice and clean.
Wifi does not work in the room. Also, check-in process was not smooth. Came in at 4pm but was told that we couldn't check in until after 6pm.
This is a B&B inside the historic town of Montepulciano. It has been remodeled in a modern style and is owned by Francesca who also owns the restaurant Trattoria di Cagnano and the B&B Meuble Evoe. The B&B has some reserved parking spots in a parking lot inside the town which can be reached via narrow streets. Good directions are a must. Luggage then has to be carried uphill a considerable distance. It might be better to drive into the historic center (no ztl cameras) and park briefly near the B&B. One then has to call the restaurant for someone to meet you at the B&B. There is no staff onsite. The room was clean and large. Small tv, desk, closet space. Large bathroom, but shower head is only a hose in the tub without wall mount, which makes taking a shower a bit awkward and the folding shower doors leak. A lot of the wall mounted items in the room are pulling out of their wall anchors … a maintenance issue. Elevator is present. Some noise from the street but this adds to the ambiance of being right in a Tuscan hill town. Breakfast is served in the restaurant for 5 Euro, a good 5-10 min walk uphill at 9 in the morning through quiet streets before the tourists are flooding the town. They provide a breakfast buffet with croissants, bread, salami, cheeses, eggs, marmalades, fruit, cakes, juice, coffee etc. If you need to get an earlier breakfast there are many great coffee places in town like Caffe Poliziano. If you eat at Trattoria di Cagnano you get a 10% discount. The restaurant is serving excellent local food and wine at reasonable prices.
Parking not very close. Some maintenance issues in room. Internet speed is ok (about 5 Mbps), but coverage in room is very weak.
Everything was great. The room was very clean, modern but with classic charm and the staff was very friendly and helpful with planning our time in Montepulciano. The restaurant was also delicious
The ac was not working well and checking in at a different location was a bit tricky with a vehicle
Friendly staff once I called them at restaurant to come check me in. Great location halfway up Montepulicano winding downtown street.
No one in lobby to check in with. Had I not been let in by 2 other Americans the gate was locked and I wouldn't have been able to read sign to walk with my luggage up the hill to restaurant to check in. No english speaking staff.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We called before checking in and they met us to direct us to parking and helped us up the hill with our luggage. Premises were clean and looked better than photos on website. Very roomy accommodations and well-located.
Montepulciano shuts down rather early in the evening. Lots of hill climbing but that is to be expected in all hill towns.
Lovely large room. very comfy bed. Very clean. Ideal location. Welcoming staff. Good value for money.
The kitchen wasnt well equipt.
The B&B is very good located, is in Montepulciano (so you can visit easily everything you want). There is a parking not far from the building (but you need some detailed instructions from the staff to reach the B&B and the parking: due to the "ZTL" system in Italy (Zone with limited traffic for cars in town centers), it is not very easy to find your way but it also means a very quiet location. Comfort is perfect : everything is new and modern, even a terrasse !
B&B bu breakfast is not included in the price. If you want your breakfast, you need to go on food more than the 200m mentionned in advertisement + quality and variety of what is proposed for breakfast is between poor and fair. Staff is also not at location: if you have any question, you need or to phone, or to walk +/- 400 m to a Trattoria (keeping in mind the opening hours of this Trattoria restaurant !). B&B has a kitchen: this was not mentionned in the description (this is thus a plus) but you need to bring your plates, glasses, forks, knives, pans, etc (this is thus a min).
Spacious and comfortable apartment for our family. We even had a kitchen and little garden. Storage space for luggage and daily servicing. Their restaurant was a fair way up the hill but excellent. The staff were very helpful and supplied the extra things we requested for our stay (eg extra bowls, glasses, fix air-con etc)
There was a big hill to carry up all the luggage.
We had suite 2 which was tastefully decorated and very large with a beautiful big bed (closed off from the living area by curtains), 2 TVs, sofa, two chairs, dining table with six chairs, plenty of storage, a decent shower and even a full kitchen with breakfast bar!
The bathroom was tiny (impossible to use the bidet) despite having 2 practically empty anti-rooms leading up to it. At least one of these could easily be used to double the bathroom size and give the suite a more luxurious feel. The slope from the bathroom back to the bedroom (via the living room) was precarious with bare feet - particularly during the night! It's not really fair to review something that wasn't advertised but, if the kitchen was useable it could make a huge difference. It seemed very strange to us to have a large dining area and a breakfast bar plus a working oven and large fridge BUT...no cutlery, no glasses, no crockery, no cooking equipment - it wasn't even possible to make a cup of coffee - bizarre!
We love Montepulciano. The apartment was in a great location, with available parking, not too far away. We appreciated the elevator, since we stayed on the third floor.
Since it was a third floor apartment it was very hot. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work very well so we were a bit uncomfortable. The windows did not provide any relief based on their location in the apartment.
