Staff were fantastic and the location is beautiful.

Friendly people and very attentive.

The climb up to the town from the reserved car park space (difficult with cases).

Good location in town. Nicely priced. A bit of a walk up hill to get from parking area to hotel, but easily done with rolling suitcases.

Had to call for check in, but he came within 5 minutes. Shower is a hose in a tub, not a fixed showerhead. The glass doors are not flush with the bath and the water floods all over the bathroom.

in town location w/ free parking not TOO far away, but a bit of a hike wth the hill... incredibly hepfull staff roomy - we had the apartment back garden (viewless but roomy and charmking) terrace good restaurant owned by them - a long hike uphill (but this after al a HILL TOWN)

confusing arrival as you have to go first to the restaurant which is way up the hill and no cars allowed up there, and then the inn is down the hill away from the staff

The hotel was in a chaming area in the old city, and the rooms at Dimora Nel Corso were spacious and well appointed. The staff was very helpful in every way, including driving with us to show us the best place to park for free. The owners also have a restaurant which was near the hotel and was very good. The owners also offered a discounted breakfast at the restaurant for people staying in the hotel which I did not take advantage of, but I heard it was quite good.

The address was a bit confusing. There were different addresses on different websites. It turned out that the owners own several different properties and I eneded up at the restaurant which has some acconmadatins above but which was not where I had a reservation. The owners were very helpful however in taking me to the right location. I just wish that the websites and guidebooks had been more accurate in giving the location.

Superb staff, lovely old palazzo, Ac not that effective, central location, great value.

The room was apartment size. Full kitchen with dining room included. The sisters who own the place were very sweet and own a restuarant up the street. We ate at their restuarant which had excellent food. The town is very quaint and a great place to stay. It feels like you go back in time. Beautiful views of the hill sides and great shopping. Great place to stay and I would stay there again.

Hill towns can be tricky to navigate if you are driving. Parking is typically away from your unit and you have to walk up the hill. We didn't mind too much because it was a wonderful experience.

The location was great. Close to shops and restaurants. A restaurant I would highly recommend is a gambe si gatto caffe. The food and wine were amazing.We had a room which was very big and had a washing machine which was wonderful for a family.the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

A little trying to find where to park the car and check in. Although Francesca was very helpful.

Very nice owners. They have restaurant that is very good. The air conditioning and hot water were not working and they repaired both immediately.

We had to park outside the city walls and walk to the restaurant to register. Very hard to find, but worth it at the end.

While getting into town is no picnic, the minute the owner meets you in the nearby restaurant, you know its going to be a great experience. The facility is modern, well-kept up, and very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel (which is much more like an apartment).

Ottima la posizione del b&b; gradito il risparmio del 10% per I fruitori del b&b all'ottimo ristorante gestito dagli stessi proprietari; appertamenti molto ben curati, arredati e puliti. Ho prenotato una stanza ed ho ricevuto un appartamentino (grazie)!

La caduta di stile nel non comprendere nel prezzo la colazione per chi prenota tramite booking (l'offerta è tale se a costo minore si hanno gli stessi servizi); nel nostro caso ci siamo persi una "b" nella dicitura "b&b"; ottima l'idea di montare le cucine negli appartamenti ma sarebbero gradite anche le pentole, posate e bicchieri.

La nostra camera familiare era in realtà un bellissimo appartamento con soffitto a trave a vista,arredamento in arte povera, tende a drappeggio ,molto pulito e ricercato nei minini particolari.I Proprietari sono molto ospitali e gentili.Noi abbiamo lasciato l'auto nei parcheggi pubblici al di fuori del paese,valutate bene se entrare nel centro storico perchè è tutto in salita e con strade strette.I Proprietari hanno anche una trattoria dove mangiare e che vi offre il 10% di sconto essendo ospiti.Consiglio entrambi le strutture veramente a tutti,il meglio dell'ospitalità in Toscana.

Non è proprio un difetto,ma il bagno è piccolo ma molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, la cucina se dovete prepararvi anche solo la colazione non è fonita di nessun utensile.

Camera bella,spaziosa, molto pulita con splendida vista sul corso di Montepulciano. Staff disponibile e cordiale. Colazione a buffet abbondante e buona. Mi hanno permesso di portare sia in albergo che in ristorante il mio piccolo cagnolino..nota questa estremamente positiva. Veramente un bel posto...lo consiglio!!

Ho soggiornato solo un giorno ho apprezzato molto la posizione molto comoda per visitare Montepulciano La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e pulita dotata di ampia zona per cucinare e mangiare ma poco luminosa in quanto dotata solo di una finestra proprio sul soffitto sopra al letto e una altra piccola porta finestra che dava su un cortiletto chiuso Ho apprezzato anche il ristorante degli stessi proprietari poco distante ( ottime le specialità toscane . le zuppe e I piatti al tartufo )

Un po disagievole ( ma non grave) l'arrivo e l'accoglienza e' necessario prendere accordi telefonici prima di arrivare per farsi aprire la casa e farsi dare indicazioni su dove lasciare la macchina, in quanto I proprietari sono reperibili solo al ristorante situato poco lontano dalla casa

Non saprei onestamente trovare difetti: ottima cortesia, ottima posizione, ottimo la cura della camera, ottima la pulizia, ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite: elegante, spaziosa, bene incastonata nel contesto della palazzina "storica" all'interno della quale è stata ricavata. Cortesia, simpatia e pronta disponibilità a risolvere problemi da parte del personale.

Il primo giorno si è verificato un problema con il riscaldamento, prontamente affrontato dalla titolare facendo intervenire i tecnici anche a ora tarda (e di giorno di festa) e proponendoci varie soluzioni alternative. Essendo lo spazio molto ampio, a problema risolto c'è voluto un po' per riscaldarlo.

Pulizia, cortesia, posizione, attenzione ai particolari come gli ombrelli arancioni a disposizione della clientela. Molto buona la cucina del ristorante convenzionato.

Camere molto confortevoli, ristrutturate con gusto unendo stile e modernita' . I proprietari sono davvero gentili e disponibili e nel loro ristorante si mangia molto bene.

La posizione (sul Corso appunto) e l'arredamento delle camere

Il fatto che non ci sia il bidet ma che abbiate inserito il metodo "arabo" cioè con la doccina sul W.C. Nulla di grave ma solo una piccola "stonatura". Inoltre, non è comunque grave, il fatto di fare strada per la colazione. Colazione a buffet....OTTIMISSIMA.
