눉The only things to note might be that it can be stuffy, so allergy sufferers may want to open the windows and air out. It is not air conditioned, but a fan was available. The old fashioned keys with guards and wards took a little getting used to, especially if you are used to modern hotel key cards.
눇Giulio was terrific, and very helpful. The location is on the NW corner of the town center (up the hill), easily within walking distance of most local attractions in Arezzo. The residence itself is on the 1st floor of a historic manor house, and has been refurbished tastefully, and still retains old fashioned twist locks with long keys for a touch of history. The town itself is lovely, and this was a very nice spot to stay, but it did require walking and climbing the hill on which the town is situated.
