The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially impressed by the way they provide transport information to city attractions. We received a lovely souvenir from the hotel when check-out!! The room is clean and looks good for such a good price :) |

Nice hotel in quiet street near the hectic centre of Naples. Italian breakfast(coffee and sweet croissant) was served on roof-terrace. Friendly staff. |

The staff, especially the receptionists, were wonderful - friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfasts on the roof terrace - simple but fresh and Italian. The hotel had character. The restaurant next door served some different Italian dishes - including vegetarian options - which we really enjoyed without breaking the bank. Location was good for acess from Central Station (good for getting around e.g. to Vesuvius, Pompei and Herculaneum) and for walking along seafront and into town. The location near the back streets of Naples is a bit off putting on arrival but once you get your bearings it is an area full of interest and good for access. |

1. Personnel of the hotel was very friendly; 2. Nice location, downtown Naples; 3. Nice terrace for having breakfast; 4. Good security. 1. The linen cloths were not cleaned every day; 2. The personal was smoking inside the hotel (during work). |

The receptionist was friendly and helpful and our evening meal at the restaurant next door provided an entertaining snapshot of Neapolitan life The bedding was a bit scruffy and there was always a strong smell of cigar smoke in the reception area |

Staff is extra-ordinary pleasant: we were leaving very early to the airport and therefore missing breakfast, and they have arranged tiny but luxurious breakfast specially for us, croissants and coffee - that was fantastic, 5-star hospitality! The foyer of the hotel is very cosy, bookshelves and comfortable sofas, and hotel rooms are also nice. We probably got the tiniest one on the top floor next to roof terrace, but other rooms looked to be having more space. Everything is clean while not very new. Hotel is quite comfortable and cosy but it's location is a bit hidden in somewhat not very pleasant neighbourhood. However all this part of Naples looks the same even close to bigger streets. Equipment (like TV) is quite old. |

The hotel was just what I was looking for - a family run hotel with lots of character, where you felt very welcome. The room and bathroom were great. Breakfast on the terrace was a fantastic experience. The area felt safe and was near the historic centre so it was well placed for sight seeing and not bad for the evenings. However, if I returned to Naples I would probably try to stay between the centro storico and Chiara. |

Hotel room smelt of sewerage. The lock on the door was broken with a temporary fix and we didn't feel totally safe. The breakfast was pretty basic with coffee, croissants and the mini-toasts. |

rooms were nice and staff was very friendly. bad towels, breakfast mediocre, and one staff smokes cigars all around the hotel so you can't escape the smell of cigar outside of your room. |

The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. It very much is a family owned spot and they treated us like a member of the family. The terrace atop the hotel is a great place to sit and read and enjoy your fellow travelers' company. |

The staff was gentile and helpful, giving us recommendations for touring Naples. The room is nice and comfortable, and you may choose your breakfast one night before. The neighbourhood looks shabby in the night. |

Friendly staff, spoke English well. Very clean and comfortable rooms, not luxurious but certainly adequate. Felt welcomed and at home. Nice breakfast on roof terrace. Internet service available only via lobby computer. Out of service our first day there. It did work eventually, but slowly. |

Hotel itself was comfortable, felt safe and secure, good air conditioning, relatively central location, private, large sized rooms. Staff only able or willing to provide limited information on request, although this may have been due to language constraints, did not appear to take seriously complaints about faulty plumbing when raised or offer solutions/options |

The staff was very nice and friendly. Also very proactive by finding the right information for us. We asked some specific questions about transportation, they searched it on the internet for us. Nice roofterrace. The breakfast was not that much and every day the same, but it was very nice having it on the roofterrace. |

Reasonable distance from the train station - easy to find and walk there.Very good pizza at restaurant next door!! Wee problem with the toilet plumbing in our room but staff allowed a room change which was a reasonable compromise. Breakfast varied some days so needed to 'top up' sometimes. |
