la posizione molto favorevole ,gente molto cordiale e disponibile.

ma pulizia è carente penso che non sapiano cosa sia. Pochi giorni si può anche sopportare

- posizione - vicinanza mezzi - ottima colazione

- manca ascensore e ci sono molti piani di scale - arredamento da rinnovare

Posizione nel rione Monti, quieta e defilata ma di facile accesso ai più importanti monumenti del Centro Storico. La titolare cerca di sopperire con gentilezza e cortesia, come può alle carenze della struttura.

Staff arruffone e non coordinato, non legge le mail e fa confusione con I soggiorni,tariffe et orari d'arrivo/partenze; area relax e benessere sulla carta con indirizzo gay friendly alla reception! Camere polverose e mobili traballanti, ai piani di un vecchio stabile di cortile con ben poca atmosfera dell'antica e decantata storica dimora ma, con abbondante aerazione forzata al pesce fritto, dovuta alla sottostante trattoria la Vacca m'briaca....! Colazione misera e personale improvvisato, purtroppo: Veramente scarso!

Sicuramente la posizione è ideale per visitare la città. La titolare è molto gentile e disponibile. un saluto particolare alla signora che vorrebbe fare una crociera e a Giulio...consiglio inoltre i ristoranti appena fuori l'hotel dove si mangia un abbacchio buonissimo. Nel complesso,e se ci fosse la possibilità dell'ascensore,assolutamente da consigliare

If you are looking for a great location, friendly, and budget-wised accommodation, it is the perfect place for you ! You can walk to all the major attractions. Lucia the owner and manger was always nice, welcome, and speaks good English. There are two great small restaurants owned by the hotel just across the street where you can eat lunch and dinner. I will stay again in this hotel in my next visit to Rome.

Based in a heart of Rome , 10 minutes walk to Colloseum. Great friendly restaurant in in front of apartments. Friendly owner and staff , felt like visiting my auntie abroad.

10 minute walk from the Colosseum and Termini train station where there is a metro stop and hop on/hop off bus stop. The breakfast was ok. They had croissants, yogurt, fruits and coffee; Believe it or not, it's free. The waitress was kind enough to buy hot chocolate at a store nearby for my kids when we asked for one. The restaurant staff was very accommodating, but the hotel staff was rude.

1. The building is located in a narrow street. It was barely wide enough to fit a sedan. It is very difficult to load/unload luggages from a car because there is no way to pull over. If you do, you will block traffic behind. 2. We were on the 4th floor. Although they said they have four floors and no lift, don't let that fool you. Each floor has a half floor on the other side of the flight of stairs so you need to climb two flights of stairs before you reach one floor. It is actually equivalent to 8 stories high. 3. The room was awful. It was so dim. They have three lights - one attached to the ceiling and two on the night stands. It seems like they used 15 watt bulbs for each. 4. The beds were uncomfortable and hard. It felt like sleeping on a trampoline springs with a thin mattress on top. 5. The description says parking nearby. Don't let that fool you. The parking is three blocks up the road, but after two blocks, the third block is a one way street so you cannot go through it. You have to find your way around through several blocks before you can get to the other side. The lady at the desk will tell you to go straight and you will find the parking. That is only true if you are walking (not driving). 6. In this parking lot mentioned above, the hotel description failed to mention that it costs 35 Euros per night. Furthermore, you have to leave the keys with the attendant, therefore, you have to take all the valuables with you i.e. GPS, electronic items, etc. 7. Overall, I gave this hotel a poor rating because it was so expensive (I paid over 300 Euros for two nights) and it didn't provide good amenities or ambiance. If you want to experience the local living conditions (people's clothes hanging outside on the clothesline) and pay the exuberant prices, this is the place to be but for me, I would have rather stayed somewhere farther away at a cheaper place with reasonable parking cost and take the metro in. 8. Walls are thin.

Lucia and her family were perfecto! The street that the Hotel is located on is full of lovely shops and restaurants. The restaurant across the toad quickly became our favourite. Great food and price. No service charge that most restaurants in Rome add on. We used the jacuzzi tubs in the spa at the hotel and after touring Rome for 4 days the jets were a welcome treat! Lucia's. mother is do sweet and was a welcoming face every morning at breakfast. The breakfast was included and was great. The typical breakfast in Rome is coffee and sweets and they provided plenty and the coffee was great. The location couldn't be better to see the sites. We be back !

The beds weren't the most comfortable but it wouldn't put me off returning.

The hospitality and localization are great!

Breakfast is great, especially the latte machiatos, but the bread could be freshier, although is possible to have a good meal.

This small hotel which is located 5 minutes' walk (literally) from the Colloseum and 1 minute from the metro station, gave us the warmest welcome ever. The staff was more than helpful, always with a smile and endless patience, willing to assist in any possible way. Surrounded by endless number of coffee shops, bars and restaurant, it gives a variety of options for eating, drinking and mingling. The hotel also has an arrangement with nearby restaurant, where we got very good Italian dishes. We loved it and would certainly recommend it. Great value for money.

The staff was friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is not a boutique but is a family Italian style hotel, basic old fashion furniture. If you want an Italian home style room then this place is spot on. We loved it.

Lots of stairs but it added to the charm of the place.

Jag tyckte om det vänliga mottagandet, viljan att upplysa om vad som fanns i området, intrycket de gav av att vilja hjälpa till. Läget var alldeles utmärkt, kort väg till Collosseum, Forum Romanum och andra sevärdheter. Många små fina restaurenger i kvarteren omkring. nära till Termini-stationen. Frukostarna på en restaurang i samma hus var också utmärkta.

Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen, es liegt innerhalb Roms einfach ideal, in einer „untypisch“ ruhigen Seitenstraße 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Colosseum und Forum Romanum entfernt. Wer mal 4 bis 5 Tage auf einen Fahrstuhl verzichten kann und keine 5 Sterne benötigt ist hier absolut richtig, freundliches Personal, saubere helle Zimmer, ein typisches - süßes - und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit perfektem Kaffee in angenehmer Atmosphäre, abends ein nettes Lokal im Hotel. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es einige typisch römische Lokalitäten, sehr zu empfehlen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Vatikan, Piazza Navona, , Trevi-Brunnen, Pantheon, Spanische Treppe, Piazza del Populo , Tiberinsel, Santa Maria in Trastevere etc. sind von diesem Hotel innerhalb von max. 45 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren vom 30.09. – 04.10.2012 als Familie zu dritt absolut begeistert und werden bei einem weiteren Besuch definitiv hier wieder unsere Zelte aufschlagen.

a recepção é bem interessante e a dona de lá é muito simpática. o banheiro era bom e grande.

O hotel não tem elevador e tem 4 andares, e eu tive o azar de ficar no quarto andar, a cama de casal, na verdade era duas camas de solteiro juntas, e eram desconfortáveis demais.

Excelente ubicación a 10 minutos andando del coliseo, y habitaciones muy amplias! La dueña del hotel un encanto.

Salle de bain petite et étroite, linge usé, la climatisation n'était pas dans la chambre, absence de personnel trop souvent dans la journée. Une possibilité de parking (en prévenant à l'avance) était annoncée, mais sur place aucun parking proposé et il est très difficile de stationner dans ce quartier.

cela ne correspond pas à un 3 étoiles hôtel très vieillot chaises abimées, télé minuscule au mur manque de rangements dans la salle de bain nous avions l'impression que l'hôtel n'avait pas été en sevice depuis un certain temps le prix ne vaut que par l'emplacement

Solo il ragazzi rumeno, disponibile e simpatico

La prima stanza assegnata, la 215, era una singola senza comodini con tapparella rotta e senza spazio. preteso il cambio la seconda stanza: 1. un solo comodino 2. polvere dovunque. Sotto il letto e l'armadio uno schifo 3. mancava nella doccia un appoggio per saponette 4. mancavano nel bagno gli appoggi per gli asciugamani. 5. poltrona letto lurida 6. odore di stantio nella stanza entrando 7. maniglia rotta 8. mancavano le sedie per appoggiarsi 9. essre accolti dalla signira sigaretta in mano
