it was easy to get to and easy to find they had no wine or beer in the bar, the coffee ordered was cold (twice), from the ground to 1st floor the lift didn't work, no kettle in the room, the tops of the doors were filthy, it is very very noisy with poor shutters for windows, some of the staff were dismissive |

Location nearby Termini (bus-train depot and tour bus stop) and many traditional Italian places to eat. Rooms smallish and bed matresses too firm |

very close to Termini; staff was helpful; room was quiet; shower box was larger and more comfortable than the usual box no breakfast at all, which would be ok with me if the room were 15 euro cheaper, for the present rate they should give a ticket for coffee and croissant at at some bar; very small room and bathroom (but the shower itself is large enough); window opening onto some internal space; there was a bit of a smell possibly from outside; would not want to stay there more than a night or two |

I really liked that the hotel was just a few minutes in walking distance from Roma Termini. I also really enjoyed the continental breakfast. There was a lot of food options, and healthy. The room was very cold. The first night we were freezing. It appeared that the radiator wasn't working. So the next morning we asked how to turn it on, and they did it for us. However, it was still a very cold night. Also, when taking showers, the water was always flooded around the immediate area surrounding the tub. |

At first,we decided to stay there because of its location. But on our arrival we found out that we're great luckies. We were very impressed by the romantic atmosphere that was in all the details around. Everything perfect! It was a really remarkable experience! I'm looking forward to my next visit there! |

this was an amazing place to stay, way better than I was thinking it would be, americans be forewarned, EU is very old and things are not as big, you will not the same water pressure, expect this. The location of the hotel is central, everything is very easy to get to in Roma. However, the romans highstreet/downtown shopping center is outside the old roman walls, is across the Tiber not too far from the Vatican, if you stay inside the city walls, it is the oldest part of the city and shows it, it is also one of the poorer neighbourhoods. |

Good size room They should focus on cleaniness in rooms and food area. This applies to even washing the cups well! Breakfast was not consitent, and not adequate. service was poor. |
