The staff were friendly and helpful. The location, being just a couple of minutes walk from Termini (Rome's main railway station - there's also a subway station there), was very convenient especially when you are trying to lug your luggage around to take the express train from Termini to Rome's Fiumicino airport. The express Leonardo train from Termini to Fiumicino airport was excellent (cost approx. 14 euros, time approx. 35 minutes). It was basic accommodation (which was what I expected from previous reviews). It had a cute, old fashioned elevator (the kind that you see in old movies, where you have to shut the door yourself). The room and bathroom were clean enough. However, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain (no problem - just keep the bathroom door close). The bathroom faucets were old and worn.

The location is the only positive aspect this hotel got going. Unless you are a complete Spartan, I do not think you will enjoy your stay at this hotel. During the three days we were there, we did not find any evidence of cleaning, besides new towels. Shower was moldy and the shower head was not great. We only got one travel sized packet of shampoo and one little packet of soap, that is for three days for two people to use. If you do decide to stay at this hotel, be sure to bring your own shampoo, etc. There is WiFi in the hotel, but you have to pay for it and you can only use it at the reception, which is very inconvenient.Personally, I would not classify this hotel as 3 stars, more like 2. The front is nice-looking, but that front also belongs to more than one hotel.

A very good, conveniently located hotel in a group of smaller family- owned hotels near central train station in Rome. The quality of the rooms is better than the price suggests (bear in mind the hotel is in the lower pice tier), while the service goes beyond it even further thanks to outstanding personnel. Very clean despite wear and tear of the amenities. We had a very good impression despite some shabbiness of the place. Btw, it is being renovated by the owners right now. We stayed twice. The first time, we had a room that had windows opening to a loud-ish street (lined with restaurants, so evenings were a little difficult). Our second room opened to the inner yard and was perfectly quiet. Also, some rooms have airconditioning, some don't - check that at the booking phase to avoid potential issues.

Location is quite good, all main city attractions are within reach on foot Hotel feels quite cheap. Breakfast is very limited and you don't get any hot meals at all. You don't get any beach-sized towels either and one of mine wasn't very clean (had some stains on it). We had a superior room but it was quite small with a tiny television - I wonder what normal rooms are like? Sometimes the shower would have no cold water in it. With hindsight I'd rather pay a little more but get a more comfortable stay

Needed to book something last minute and be close toTermini Station (early flight next morning). So it fulfilled my need of a room. I had a handicap bathroom - but it was clean. Italy doesn't seem to do tea/coffee facilities in the room which I don't get (it's a standard) - I was missed breakfast due to times, so would be nice to access to something. No bar fridge either. I don't see where the 3-stars come from; whilst it fulfilled my needs - the sofa was falling part (and dirty), sheets had holes, wallpaper torn, etc. Sadly neglected. Was very noisy at one point with people running up and down knocking (hitting) all the doors. Street noise early on, but died down by 12ish.

Location There was an issue with one of the rooms for those in the group - there was a reservation for a 3-bed superior room and the hotel refused to honor the reservation - except after protracted negotiation.

The hotel was very close to Termini station so was very conveninent to access all modes of transportation. Property seemed secure. The room was dated and dim. Wireless wasnt free and was still unreliable even after paying for it.

It was conveniently located for us as we needed to be near Termini Train Station the next day. It was also close to the ancient city. The decor is a little dated and our room smelled of smoke. Although there was convenient public transport, it was quite a walk to some of the main sights. Compared to where we stayed a few days previously, it was overpriced - even with the booking.com special offer.

Good simply hotel with favourable arrangement very close to Termini station.Close to hotel there are a lot of cafe and restarants. The main places of interest are not far from the hotel. Under the hotel is locaited city train (tram) - so sometimes it becomes loudly in the rooms. Breakfast is not included - I think it will be necessary to mark this subject in describtion of the hotel/

The location is very good near Termini Station, near good and cheap restaurants, near all the public trasportation and within walking distance to Santa Maria Magiore and 10 min to the Colosseum.Friendly staff, clean rooms - very good hotel if you only want a place to sleep while you visit the city all day long. . Please note, i am describing normal guestroom, but it seems that they have also superior room which is better. Small bathroom, the bed was not so confortable, tiny TV, poor breakfast with plastic plates and glasses....

The location is good, near the station termini where you catch a bus to any other place in the town. Has some restaurants, supermarket and the sta maggiore basilica very near to the hotel. The staff of the hotel was helpful and nice. The room was ok, the bathroom too and we've allways had new towels everyday. Cheap hotel to sleep only, a good economic choise. The bed was not a couple bed but 2 single beds joint together, it was uncomfortable. The bed sheets was never been changed in the 5 days we stayed. The noise on the street and in the hotel in the midle of the night, you have the electric passing until midnight.

Location was very good. Very close to the train station and restaurants.Desk clerk was very nice and helpful. It is very old and needs remodeling really badly. Wallpaper coming off walls and window shutter looks like it could fall off anytime. Bed spreads had holes in them. No air conditioning, however, it does have a ceiling fan.

Расположение. Близко от метро и вокзала Термини (5 минут пешком). До старого города 10-15 минут. Location. Close to the metro and Termini train station (5 minutes walk). The old town 10-15 minutes. All the rest. Number of old, the bathroom is small. The walls are thin, the cries of drunken students and tobacco smoke can easily penetrate into the room. Instead, the air conditioner fan. Internet does not. For three days only one shampoo and soap. At the three-star hotel does not pull, maximum - two.
