The hotel was very central. All the tourist attractions were in walking distance. staff were friendly. Rooms were comfortable and adequate for the price. Tooms were cleaned every day. |

Great location right by Termini Metro and Train Station. We were two friends who booked a private room and they upgraded us to a bigger room with 4 beds because they must have booked out their normal size 2 bed rooms. Friendly staff. too noisy - apparently a lot of locals love to honk their horns and with the thin windows and walls we were kept up most of the night and more like a hostel with doors in the hallway opening and closing. It was the only place we stayed at in Italy, so pretty hard to compare value for money. |

Very close to Termini train station This hotel is so dirty!! The sheets were dirty, the shower was filthy, there was dust everywhere. Myself and my husband were there for one night and wanted somewhere cheap and cheerful near the train station but there was nothing cheerful about this hotel. If it had been clean, it would have been ok - but the stains on the bed! I was shocked! 3 stars hotels should be clean! |

My second roon (the first not having Air conditioning ) was excellent The room I was initially allocated had no working aair conditioning and I had to wait 3 days for a change of room |

In the event a proper description of the hotel was available I would not have chosen the hotel. It was certainly not 3 star class. Though the language used in the description suggests that restaurant facilities are available in fact there is no restaurant. I suggest that the website downgrade the hotel to 1 star or at the most 2 star. The hotel was over rated and over priced. The hotel was from the first floor and the room was very small for a 3 star hotel. I had to request an upgrade to an airconditioned room but it was not satisfactory. The bathroom plumbing was leaking and flooding the floor after use. Compared to some of the hotels on the same road the price did not in any event match the comfort or facilities. |

When we arrived they told us we would not have air conditioning - and then the girl worked with us to get us a room with air - same price. Rooms, Lobby and eating area were not nearly as nice as the pictures led us to believe |
