When the Messeri family established the Dino hotel in 1955, they wanted their guests to enjoy a wonderful location with a view of Florence and Fiesole. Set 1,640 ft above sea level, this former country inn today offers modern, spacious rooms and a comfortable apartment. The Messeri family still run the Dino in a friendly, courteous way. Very quiet location just out of Florence in beautiful countryside. Staff always polite and helpful. Restaurant very good. Size of the shower cubicle very small. No safe in room.

De behulpzaamheid van iedereen Het aanbod in het restaurant zou wat uitgebreider mogen zijn. Als je 4 avonden daar eet is er niet genoeg afwisseling.

Au calme et pratique pour visiter Florence à condition d'avoir une voiture. En 5 min on est à la gare de Caldine-Fiesole où on laisse la voiture sur le parking. Pour 1,40€ le train vous emmène au centre de Florence (même pas 5min pour le domo et 10 pour la Gallerie des Offices) avec des trains toutes les heures à l'aller comme au retour. De retour à l'hôtel calme et vue sur campagne toscane et Florence dans le lointain. Accueil sympa et on parle (la patronne) un peu français. On peut aussi vous aider dans les réservations ...... et la WiFi était gratuite. En 1/2 Pension, vous pouvez composer votre menu ....... mais le choix est limité et donc répétif si plus de 4 J. Cuisine simple mais bonne pour un prix raisonnable (15€) Même s'il est copieux, le petit déjeuner est classique ( pas de charcuterie, oeufs, jambon, yaourts .......). Un jus de fruit, café, lait ou thé et pain, viennoiseries .... En 1/2 Pension, si on reste plus de 4 jours, le menu revient le même

La gestione familiare è calorosa, cordiale e molto disponibile. L'hotel si trova fuori dal centro ma I proprietari sono disponibili ad aiutare I clienti negli spostamenti.

Une famille entière à votre écoute, toujours souriant, aimables et chaleureux. Je connaissais déjà l'hôtel il y a 13 ans et je ne regrette vraiment pas mon nouveau passage: lits très confortable, panorama sur une campagne toscane toujours charmante, une vue sur Firenze éloignée mais très appréciable, du restaurant. Restaurant à la carte restreinte mais qui assure une qualité gustative hors-norme. Un vrai régal!!! Idéal pour allier les plaisirs toscans à la visite de Florence La cabine de douche est un peu restreinte... (Mais le jet y est trop bon)

Avec un couple d'amis, nous sommes restés quatre nuits dans un cadre apaisant, dans cet hôtel bien situé, sur les hauteurs de Fiesole et à 15 mm de Florence en train (très pratique). Accueil fort sympathique des hôteliers toujours très attentifs au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Cuisine familiale dans un environnement agréable. Gestion familiale très appréciée. A retenir pour un prochain séjour.

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit! Personnel accueillant, parlant un peu le français pour certains. L'hôtel fait aussi restaurant et possède une terrasse avec une vue agréable sur Florence. Petit déjeuner consistant.Prix des repas très raisonnables.Une bouteille de Chianti nous a été offerte... Un serveur du restaurant peu aimable!

The location near Fiesole is wonderful. Much quieter and saner place to stay when visiting Florence. Drive to Fiesole and then take Bus 7 into Florence. It is very easy and much more relaxing. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Lovely views. Comfortable beds and rooms. We will stay there again. Food there was also great!

L'hotel è molto carino esternamente. La camera, almeno quella che è capitata a noi, essenziale ma pulita. Molto apprezzato il parcheggio gratutito per i clienti proprio di fronte all'hotel. Colazione continentale tutto sommato ricca. Posizione dell'Hotel strategica per raggiungere Firenze..anche se credo sia meglio lasciare la macchina a FIesole e di lì andare col pulmann a Firenze. Unico neo..su booking.com non si dice che l'hotel per la precisione si trova ad Olmo e non a Fiesole. Uhm...anche l'itinerario suggerito da booking si è rivelato poco attendibile.
