The staff was always helpful and friendly. The location is excellent because it is not right in the middle of the most crowded areas of the city, still the access to all major spots is very easy. The rooms are sound-proof and very clean. I did not realize, when I booked, that there is no restaurant/snack bar/room service at all. This is rather uncomfortable sometimes, if you need to work and cannot go out for dinner everyday. It should be more clearly stated in the description of services, so that we are prepared for it. |

Great location near the train station. Easy to get to everywhere. The staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast was good. The sauna and gym were nice, although we didn't use them. The heated towel rack and floors were a nice touch. Laundromat around the corner. I'd definitely stay there again and recommend it highly to others. |

The welcome! The staff were very helpful, always smiling and at the client's disposal. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh fruit and a good choice of juices, plus expressos, cappucinos and whatever you prefer to drink. The only thing was the noise due to renovations opposite the hotel, but that wasn't their fault. Just bring your ear pads, if necessary. It worked for us! |

Free internet, friendly staff, great restaurant advice The usual European bed - 2 pushed together as a queen size. Shower entrance could be dangerous if you were not size 10! |

Excellent location a few minutes walk from the Termini, in a quiet side street. Recently opened, a great business or city trip hotel, beautifully refurbished. Our room was small but very well appointed. Free mini bar (soft drinks and water). Good buffet breakfast served from 6.45am. Staff all very friendly. Excellent internet access room. This will be of great importance to pregnant, overweight or people with limited mobility - the shower in our room, (306) and I would assume all rooms, is a quadrant shape, and the sliding door opens onto the toilet, making it extremly difficult for an average height/weight, fit person to get in, and particularly out, of. All the hotel needs to do is reverse the opening of the door. Also, to sit comfortably on the loo, a tall person would have to open the shower door! |

Very clean hotel, close to Termini but quiet at night, excellent staff - heard the breakfast room staff communicating with guests in at least three languages. Wi-fi included meant we could keep in touch with family in Australia. Would definitely stay there again. |

MetroやBus Stationにも近くて観光目的にも最適だと思います。ホテルは綺麗で、朝ごはんもおいしかったです。部- 屋から無料のWirelessがつながる事はよかったです。 StaffもFriendlyで良かったです。 Internet speed is slow like a dial up. but it's free. so I could wait a second. |

Its closeness to Termini and the quietness of the street. The kindness of the staff. We arrived at 10:00 am and were given our rooms immediately, one of them upgraded. The hotel looks new (renovated in 2006) and our rooms were perfectly clean. To sum up, the great way we felt treated for a very reasonable price. An hotel to recommend. |

The staff was very welcoming. The room was clean. It's very close to the central railway station. A little expensive and they charge extra for a 4 year old kid. |

everything was perfect. First of all the location and the breakfast lived up to our high expectations. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. What impressed me was that the hotel door was locked after 1 o clock at night, we could feel safe. The location is very central, you can go everywhere on foot. The only thing that I didin't like was the hotels neighborhood, it's next to termini station, hence a little bit dangerous |

The best thing about Hotel Diocleziano is that there are no surprises. They gave us room even we came 4 hours prior to check-in time. Room was new, clean, bathroom was big and impeccably clean, soft drinks in mini bar are free. Location is great, next to termini station and walkable distance to all major roman attractions. Breakfast gets little bit boring, day after day same food. But as we went afterward to Florence we experienced same problem. I guess that is common for all of Italy. Coffee was great. |

Great location for all the tourist sights of Rome - in a quite area yet close. Staff were very friendly form the front counter to the porter to the lady in the breakfast room - very much appreciated as they could bnot do enough for you. Also the free daily soft drinks and water in the mini bar was very good.Definately recommend to other travllers to Rome as also close to the best McDonalds in Rome. The selection of food at Breakfast was also great to kick start the day as was the free internet available in the room. Thanks to all at the hotel for a great stay in Rome NIL - I did a trip to various other places in Europe and this hotel was up with the best!! I mentioned a couple of thinks for improvement, such as having an iron available and possibly an ice machine and the staff were very open to making guests stay the best they could. |

From the minute my husband and I entered the hotel we were made to feel so welcome as though we were the most important people in the building, everything we asked for was done right away and with a smile. The room was spotless and a good size compared to other hotels we have stayed in whilst in Italy. Close to the train station and about a 15 - 20 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't look anywhere else if we were to return to Rome. |

Very near the station but better instruction from station would have helped. As in the kiosk opposite station down the small cul du sac would help wiill walking the longway around in heat. Staff very very help full and approachable for all. Well done |
