The hotel was extremely well situated in Rome, approximately a 5 minute walk from the train station. The room was a good size and the mini bar, which included water and soft drinks, was complimentary...this is rare!!! The staff were very curteous and helpful. Would definitely stay there again in the futur. |

the hotel is far too high priced as far as drinks at the bar are concerned, 5€ for 0.33 bottle of Beer |

everything - the hotel was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom great and the beds comfortable. The free mini bar was a great plus and the breakfast was delicious. I would ideally have like a more central hotel to the sights but this is not a reflection on the hotel |

Friendly, helpful staff. Tasteful, good sized room (for European city). Quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast options. Close enough to main attractions on foot or via Metro. Good restaurants close by (ask staff). An comfortable chair would have improved room. |

Friendly And helpful staff. Breakfast is good. Very near the bus terminal. Free minibar. I suggest the hotel should provide in the guestroom electric kettle for tea and coffee. Also some hand and body lotion. airconditioner off from 8pm to 10am. |

The staff was helpful. I wish they had told us when we checked in to plan for things we wanted to see in advance. For example, Thursday was a holiday and everything was closed but they were certain that many of the sites were open. It would have been helpful if they had told us in the beginning to make reservations the first day for places we wanted to see. |

The staff were the best part of the hotel. They were very nice. The room and the hotel were like a sauna. It was very, uncomfortable. We were told for air pollution reasons AC would not be available for another 3 weeks. Because of this, we were forced to open the windows. It was so loud all night long, and not in the best neighborhood. The trucks and deliveries started about 5am. |

Everything was perfect during my stay. Every single member of the staff was helpful and nice. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I would definitely stay here again. |

Silent and comfortable hotel. The staff is very pleasant, speaks english, rooms are clean and the breakfast is good enough.The main Rome highlights are within easy walking distance or just a few stops away on the metro or by bus. |
