Convenience. Very centrally located to Termini - Close but not to close. Great base for exploring city. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean with good layout. Overall a little gem. |

Staff was very friendly and speaks English well. Location is good, close to station, but quiet street, walking distance to center and sights. good breakfast and great service, good size room. Would be nice to turn the roof into a terrace so you can also have a drink outside at the hotel. |

The room was very clean and confortable. The bathroom was large, well lighted and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Access to internet very reasonably priced. Close to main station - within walking distance. Good breakfast, with many choices. |

The hotel was very clean and tidy and the rooms were of a high standard. The staff did provide us with a map and some good advice. Advertised as air conditioned but this is not switched on until May and the beds are very hard. |

The clean and pleasant atmosphere, near to train station and eating areas - note hotel restaurant does not provide dinner. Good breakfast included. Pleasant and helpful staff. Room a bit small but I guess that's normal in city areas. |

Central location not far from railway station in a quiet street. Friendly staff Small room - just about ok. Heating unadjustable in the room - far too hot. TV was limited in choice of channels. Being asked to leave breakfast whilst we were finishing off coffee.when the buffet hadn't been cleared! |

Very friendly staff at reception desk and breakfast. A fresh capuchino every morning. Free minibar, clean room. Hotel close to Termini station and public transport. Free use of internet for check in of our flight. Little sauna and comfi shower, no hamam. Comfortable but close, warm room. No bath (although mentioned in the roominfo on the site). No music channel on TV. |

It was very convenient being close to the railway station as we had to make an early departure in the morning. A minor niggle was that you had to squeeze past the lavatory to get into the shower. I felt that the shower door and screen were the wrong way round. |

Staff were very friendly, duriny check-in, they gave us alot of tourist info with maps and transporation like subway metro. Very clean rooms with free mini-bar. very close to Termini station (main central station in rome). The AC in room was cold, I put the maximum high tempurature but still cold. They don't have heaters in room. But, we slept very well. |
