Free of charge drinks in the fridge, reasonable rates for internet access. Only the lift is a bit small. |

The nice staff at the reception, the location a few steps from Roma Termini is excellent. Nice bed. |

the staff at this hotel were great. We were greeted and welcomed from the moment that we touched the front door. The front desk staff were great at making suggestions, helping with bookings etc. I stayed at another "big chain" hotel in Rome earlier in the trip, and the the service between the 2 was like night and day. The location of Hotel Diocleziano is also very convenient to either walk or There was nothing that we didn't like. Hotel is convenient to walk or take the metro to the sights. Breakfast is varied and good. |

the location is amazing, the service was very good!! people are very friendly at the hotel and always smiling!! it is a very clean hotel and very comfortable!!! They also gave us a free upgrade which was very sweet and made our trip even more enjoyable!! we are really thankful!!! |

Staff very friendly, good service and breakfast. 5min walk to main train station. Room was quite small and the hotel is a fair distance to the city centre and the main attractions to see in Rome. The price nearly doubled for our room on Saturday night compared to Friday. |

The size of my room, it's location neat the Termini (I had to take an early morning train) and the cleanliness of the room Breakfast was dull and not inspiring, the area it's located in is not very safe, the hotel does not have room service and dinning facilities and for someone (like myself) who arrives in late night, there aren't many dinning options, given the safety of walking in the area in late night.. |

A quiet location yet can easily walk to Termini and to many tourist sites. An excellent breakfast. A comfortable room. The price was very good for our August stay. The shower was a bit awkward to enter. We thought about staying in September but the price had risen too much. |

The hotel was very near to the termini station so access to the airport and tour buses was fantastic. All of the main sites were within walking distance, only the Vatican was a bit far, but we used the tour bus on our visit. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The room clean and great shower, the breakfast perfect, plenty to eat and lots of choice. Local restaurant and bar fantastic value. |

The hotel is 2 blocks from Metro and Termini, yet the street is quiet, relatively clean and hidden behind old trees of Terme di Diocleziano.The staff was very helpful and friendly. We got the room on arrival, at 11 am, a bonus after an overnight flight. A nice lady in the reception gave us excellent dinner recommendations (La Lampada and 94th Avenue). Good breakfast and simple minibar included. There was no wireless Internet access and we couldn't make ethernet connection work in our room, despite efforts of hotel staff. We ended up using a desktop in the lobby, there are 2 computers set up for guests, and it was nice to find out that we were not charged for this. |

the stuff is very kind and helpfull. the room was very clean and tidy. they always wait until you leave the room and only then clean (they don't annoy you while you are inside the room). the breakfast was o.k . a bit boring. every day the same cheese, same egg, no vegetables. |

It was clean & tidy. The staff were friendly Would have liked a little more info upon booking about the hotels location, the hotels facilities were poor & the staff spoke limited english & had little knowledge of the city in terms of places to eat !!! |
