Funcionarios super atenciosos e cordiais ,procurando ajudar sempre com dicas e sugestões .Bem localizado pois apesar de ser junto a Termini é numa rua super tranquila e sem movimento.Quartos bons(levando em conta a cidade) e bom café da manhã.Já estivemos muitas vezes em Roma e ,a delicadeza dos funcionários nos surpreendeu. O que nos levou a escolher esse hotel alem das opniões dos hospedes foi o nome , pois o meu marido se chama Deocleciano que não é um nome comum no Brasil.

Bom hotel, bom espaço no quarto, otimo atendimento dos funcionários, proximo a estação Thermini tem onibus para todos os aeroportos.frigobar free sem reposição.

This hotel was very good.

The staff was very helpful in explaining the location of site's and which tours to take which best fit my needs.

The reception staff was extremely courteous and helpful at our arrival. Very clean and decent rooms with complimentary soft drinks. Very reasonable breakfast as well with good opening hours. Quiet location close to Termini station with access to both underground lines as well as many buses provides for excellent access to all areas of Rome. Hotel Diocleziano seems to be a gem in an area that otherwise seems dominated by cheap hotels. The bed was a bit too firm, but otherwise very decent. Good shower facilities with excellent water pressure and warm water, oftentimes not the case in most hotels.

The staff was always helpful and friendly. The location is excellent because it is not right in the middle of the most crowded areas of the city, still the access to all major spots is very easy. The rooms are sound-proof and very clean.

I did not realize, when I booked, that there is no restaurant/snack bar/room service at all. This is rather uncomfortable sometimes, if you need to work and cannot go out for dinner everyday. It should be more clearly stated in the description of services, so that we are prepared for it.

The welcome! The staff were very helpful, always smiling and at the client's disposal. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh fruit and a good choice of juices, plus expressos, cappucinos and whatever you prefer to drink.

The only thing was the noise due to renovations opposite the hotel, but that wasn't their fault. Just bring your ear pads, if necessary. It worked for us!

The staff were extermely friendly, The hotel was comfortabel and very clean. Breakfast was excellent.

The design of the bathroom was poor. Had to climb over toilet to get into the shower. Size of teh bathroom was find, just the layout is poor.

The usual European bed - 2 pushed together as a queen size. Shower entrance could be dangerous if you were not size 10!
