Best Western Dioscuri Bay Palace    

American standard hotel. Good breakfast. Very clean. Wifi works, but no mobile phone data, no Vodaphone mobile service. Excellent full size pool and sitting area around pool. Large parking spots for larger cars.

No quick access to the beach, but rough coast line anyway.

Breakfast was nothing special.

We enjoyed a big and free parking at the territory and a clean and comfortable room with a big balcony. The hotel build in a classic style and located right at the seaside.

What was really disappointing is a super poor breakfast. The staff doesn't speak english, I wouldn't say it was a huge problem, but will be better if they speak at least one european language besides italien.

The outside area could have been tidied up, i.e. the pool area and the palms needed pruning.

the room is good with all the facilities you may need. and the location is round 8 km away from the Agrigento central station, the hotel managed by a very kindness local family, if you ask for the transport help, they will drive their own car to help you.

only one thing is not good, if you are not hungry to dead , remember do not try the hotel restaurant, the food they serves just like Mcdonald's.

It was a 5 minutes drive 'by car' to Agrigento

Palace does not really cover it, Maybe it was a Palace in the 80's The Pool was closed, that was the main reason for going there, The place is on the Beach, but the beach near the hotel is not really a beach for swimming... If you are a Swimmer, confirm the status of the pool, it seems season closes on okt 1st. the room itsself was confortable. nice beds

The Hotel Dioscuri Bay Palace is a very good typical italian 4 stars structure. The position is strategical to visit the southern coast of Sicily, the Temples Valley and the amazing Scala dei Turchi in Realmonte. The restaurant is very good, offering a good variety of sicilian plates and fresh fish. The staff is very friendly and professional and can assure a very good stay, providing support and useful suggestions to improve your vacation or even a business trip. It's a lovely location for weddings and special business events. The large, beautiful swimming pool is near to the sea, and the rooms are really very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended, you will enjoy your stay and will plan to come back again.

The rooms were really comfortable. For a normal price you get really a good offer.

Dirty beach. You have to walk a litlle bit to get to a beach where you can swim.

This was not a 4 star hotel, BUT in san leone this is pretty much the best you can get i think. the pool was pretty good - but i think its their only saving grace! Breakfast was ok, but would have been better with eggs every morning. Like the other reviews said (which we unfortuantely ignored), the air conditioning seems to have re occuring problems! on the hottest day ever, there seemed to be a problem with the air con in rooms - ie. it was at 28 degrees all night. only after i went to reception to show them the heat rash I had developed, did they offer me a fan. when i asked for 2, they said I could only have 1. Other than that, rooms were pretty nice but bathroom smells a bit, good view of the pool/ocean, go on the impertuoso cruise which is advertised in the lobby downstairs, it was a good value cruise by a family man. if you ask, he can dock close to scala dei turchi and you can swim to it and then go back on the boat. apart from that san leone is close to temple of valleys (beautiful at sunset, but buy a guide otherwise bit boring) and agrigento (looked like there was good food there).

Nice atmosphere and location. Without any problems you can get from there to the valley of temples, eraclea minoa or Agrigento itself. If you feel like eating outside you can just walk to find selection of restaurants. Beutiful pool on the see shore, convenient parking, efficient a/c in the room :-) We would definitely choose this hotel again.

our room was situated upon the cars without any view and we have had to complain a lot to have an other room the staff was not very pleasant and the place of sea leone is horrible the beach durty and restaurants around very bad

Good location, although we had great difficulty in finding the hotel because of lack of sign-posting.

Hotel gave signs of faded grandure. Plenty of space in public rooms but bedrooms were small and poorly equipped for a 4 star hotel. Restaurant was poor for service so that, after first night, we dined out. Breakfast was adequate. Possibly because it was out of season concentration of effort was on travel groups so that we felt like poor relations.

Отель красивый, номера удобные, завтраки хорошие. Очень большой бассейн. Есть парковка для машин. Мы останавливались на 2 дня, чтобы посмотреть Долину храмов.

Минус отеля, плохая шумоизоляция. Настолько плохая, что было слышно все, что делалось в соседнем номере. Даже до сих пор не верится, что такой красивый отель имеет такую шумоизоляцию. Ну и уже не к отелю, а к самому месту. Выбирали его, чтобы покупаться в море и оказалось, что пляжей поблизости нет. Очень жаль. Но для осмотра достопримечательностей на несколько дней можно остановиться. Рекомендую

Prachtige zonsondergang bij het zwembad. Inrichting kamer was mooi.

- Wifi werkt erg omslachtig. - Italie is het land van de lekkerste koffie maar hier heb ik bij het ontbijt de slechtste koffie ooit UIT EEN APPARAAT geproefd en niet verder gedronken. - Sfeerloos hotel.

Venligt og hjælpsomt personale, pæne værelser. Ligger lidt langt "fra alting", men flot udsigt. Kræver bil.

Morgenmad lidt tamt, i forhold til hotelkæden generalt.
