Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου απέναντι από τον σταθμό του τρένου και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης το καθιστά ιδανικό για την εξερεύνηση της πόλης διατηρώντας χαμηλά τα έξοδα, όπως και το χρόνο μετακίνησης στα κυριότερα αξιοθέατα της Φλωρεντίας. Τα δωμάτια ήταν καθαρά και συντηρημένα σε πολύ καλό βαθμό, ενώ η καθαριότητα του δωματίου ήταν κάθε μέρα σε άριστο βαθμό.

Το πρωινό αν και επαρκές από πλευράς ποικιλίας, και ενώ το πρωινό διαρκεί κανονικά μέχρι τις 10:30, μετά τις 9:30 παρουσιάζει σημαντικές ελλείψεις, οι οποίες θα έπρεπε να ανανεώνονται. Μία άλλη παρατήρηση αφορά στη διάθεση παροχών διαδικτύου μέσω ασυρμάτου δικτύου, όπου ο ασύρματος router του ξενοδοχείου, είτε έπρεπε να είναι ισχυρότερος, είτε θα έπρεπε να προστεθεί κάποιος για να καλύπτει όλους τους ορόφους πλήρως.

The Hotel was very convienient for Sight seeing, and restaurants. Breakfast was unusually early, which was good for summer months.

The Shower cubical did not drain properly, I ended my shower in 2" of water. Bed Linen and Towels were minimal, No Bath Mat. The room was suppose to be Dulux, but there was no Tea/Coffee facilaties, no Toiletries except 1 bar of soap, and a sachet of Shampoo. The room was smaller than all other 4star hotels I have stayed in.

We would have missed breakfast as we had an early train but we were able to eat breakfast in the B&H Ambassador Hotel just 1 minutes walk away. It was a wonderful breakfast, the best of all we had in Italy.

Double bed was two single pushed together so very uncomfortable. Breakfast area too small

Centre location, close to all the main sights in Florence, and is just outside of the main train station, easy to find. Big variety for breakfast. Friendly staff.

The room was clean and well-maintained; we were grateful for the air conditioning; there was a good breakfast buffet; and it was good value fpr money.

yes the rooms we had smelled of sewer. I was very surprised that you would let customers stay in these rooms. I beleive that smell is very bad for the health.

For sure, its not 4 star hotel. Very poor front entrance, room where I was proposed first was completely smoked (inspite i requested nonsmoking), wallpapers damaged. Overall, there is a mix of new furniture and a lot of small broken stuff in bathroom, on the walls. If you want to stay more than 1-2 days, its not the most pleasant place in Firenze, better to look for something else.
