Accross from the main train station and within walking distance of many attractions and shops

bit on the noisey side and the breakfast was mostly bread or croisants and coffee...no real choice

The bathroom didnt work: the water rises when the shower is on!

The location was brilliant very convenient for the railway and bus stations also the city tour bus and tourist information office. The hotel was very clean and comfortable we had a large bedroom and bathroom with lovely toiletries and a towelling robe and slippers to use. We really liked this hotel and would like to return sometime

Avoid this place. The staff are rude and unhelpful, housekeeping is appalling, lighting within the room completely inadequate.

The reception is nice. He teached us the simple way to go the tourist point. And, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. And very near the Central station.

totally NOT a 4 stars hotel, room is not enough light, very dark and hot...

After a awful day at a near by hotel , at 23:00 i booked through my mobile phone at Diplomat Hotel. It has the quality and the ammenities of a 5* hotel. It is very luxurious and it's cocktail bar is at a very high level. The location is just perfect if you arrive by train.

The floors on my 2 last hotels in Italy were a little complicated. (eg n.515 is at the 4th floor!!!)

The room was a large nice and clean room right opposite the railway station.

The room was extremely hot when I arrived and I had to turn the air con off and open the window to cool the room down. It was zero degrees outside.

Location and affiliation to the garage nearby,prefessional and competent staff

Lobby is poorly arranged,small and generally uninviting.Large groups,which were received during my stay completely clogged the space,rooms and amenities below 4* rating

perfect location, just a few step from the city center and in front of the main railway station. room ok, breakfast ok. staff was helpful and courteous.

We haven't actually staid at the "Diplomat" since our booking has been moved for our convenience to their sister hotel "Ambasciatori". Breakfast was extremely good, staff members were kind and polite, located right in the middle of the city center, good WiFi signal. We requested a room with balcony and that's what we received. It was overall a very comfortable and great stay. Recommended.

If I want to be very picky, the TV did not have satellite channels as advertised. Furthermore, being in front of the train station, sometimes your windows can shake a little bit.

The rooms, the cleaning, the breakfast was in another building and of bad quality

The room is so hot even without heater on! If open the window, it is really noisy outside as it's located near the train station.

Renovated bits were modern.

IT S NOT THAT I did not liked but i would loved to have another mirror ,apart from the one in the bathroom and bathropes:)))but stilll it was good
