Hotellet är centalt beläget. Tillmötesgående personal. Välstädat. Välsmakande frukostbuffé. Viss doft av avlopp i rum/korridor. Trafiken hördes beroende vilken sida av hotellet man bodde på. |

Ett centralt hotell med bra frukost. Fonstrena i rummet var trasiga så när jag öppnade fönstret ramlade det av delar och det gick inte att stänga, i receptionen sa dem att dem inte hade någon service förrän på morgonen och det var ca 4 grader varmt ute och det blåste så mitt rum var svinkallt. |

Fungerade väldigt bra med bokning och betalning. Hotellet hade en bra frukost och rummet var rent och snyggt. Personalen hade bra service. Det var väldigt varmt på rummet och luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte. Det gick inte att skruva ner värmen så vi fick ha fönstret öppet och då fick vi in många myggor på rummet. |

dåliga faciliteter, luktde illa, trist läge precis mitt emot stationen, enligt kartan skulle det vara nära, dock inte "vägg i vägg". |

very close to train station and to city center. price vs location and more or less acceptable conditions For sure, its not 4 star hotel. Very poor front entrance, room where I was proposed first was completely smoked (inspite i requested nonsmoking), wallpapers damaged. Overall, there is a mix of new furniture and a lot of small broken stuff in bathroom, on the walls. If you want to stay more than 1-2 days, its not the most pleasant place in Firenze, better to look for something else. |

Location to Florence centre was perfect near the railwaystation. Receptionist staff very friendly ,rooms very clean .Breakfast very good. |

We liked the proximity of the hotel to all the attractions in Florence as well as being located close to the train station The breakfast was disapointing with little variety. The breakfast staff need training in dealing and speaking to customers. We felt we were a necessary evil. |

Just behind the train station, easy to find. Near the main bus station; opposite the supermarket, easy to buy drink and food. For the receiptist, I think they have 2 shifts, the morning lady is much better. Room is big. I request a double bed, finally it's combined by 2 single beds. No shower curtain install, so after bath, water almost full of bathroom. Not good breakfast, the fried egg had odor. |

Straight across the road from the central train station and walking distance from main sights, markets and shopping. One of the toilet flush buttons not working and no control panel for air con unit in the room. |

Location to Florence centre was perfect only two minutes away. Receptionist staff lovely especially the lady. Free safe which was not expected. Breakfast far better than expected |

The location is very good, near both the bus and rail terminus and not far from the major tourist attractions. The breakfast room is too cramped and there was a lack of available tables at busy times. It is buffet style and there is not much room for guests to move arround carrying hot tea/coffee and food. |
