Great location just off the central railway station and a 10 min walk from the centre, renovated and clean room, nice breakfast and view over the city. Overall, very good value for money. The room could be a bit bigger, the area around the hotel was a bit rough and there were many ongoing works. Also the use of internet cost too much and there was no flexibility in the available minutes to buy. |

The location was teh biggest factor for us. I had stayed there before, so I knew it was walking distance to all the major sites. The fact that is is just across the street from the train station was perfect for us because we took a train into and out of Florence, so the hotel could not have been more convenient for dealing with heavy suitcases. |

The location is good. The breakfast is very poor for a 4 star hotel. In the bathroom of one room there wasn´t any protection around the shower, so the water goes, through the floor of the bathroom, to the room´s carpet. |
