wij waren de 4 enige gasten en dat half juni !! dus: heerlijk rustig en een heel zwembad voor ons alleen plus de daarbij behorende ligbedden. personeel absoluut niet in staat om gasten te ontvangen(een moeder met een zoontje bij de receptie); geen mogelijkheid te lunchen tussen de middag,terwijl er 20 man pers. in de keuken aanwezig bleek te zijn. Een van ons is zelf de keuken ingegaan om aanwijzingen te geven omdat er wel voldoende producten aanwezig zijn om iets van te maken. Hebben wsch. |

La posizione tranquilla e la struttura ben tenuta. Ci vorrebbero ulteriori indicazioni per raggiungere l'hotel; la mancanza di scelta presso il ristorante per l'assenza di clienti. |

Il silenzio e lo spazio verde a disposizione degli ospiti. Difficoltà di raggiungere il sito. Personale non all'altezza di un resort di tale livello, sia per l'incapacità di dare informazioni sugli eventi e posti d'interesse del circondario sia per l'inesperienza nel gestire situazioni di emergenza, che hanno richiesto l'intervento del proprietario della struttura. |

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service und ein ordentliches Preisniveau im sehr guten Restaurant. Die Umgebung außerhalb der Anlage ist nicht sehr einladend. |

Uno splendido soggiorno in un luogo splendido, dotato di ogni comfort. La distanza dal centro di Marsala. Occorre avere un'auto. |
