The location was excellent-not far from the train station and just opposite the beach. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, and the room had a lovely view of the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't very big, and would probably have benefitted from a double bed rather than a king size, which would have allowed for a bedside table each side and more room to walk around.

The breakfast is tasty and diversified. I like it.

Location and value. Excellent breakfast and lots of good coffee. We will return to the Dock Milano.

From the room we heard, every night, noises from outside. This was a disturbing - people talking, cars passing by...

Staff & location

The hotel is just near the center of the city, metro station, tram and bus stations. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with respect to their prices. Also, breakfast is good and enough.

I don't like receptionist's behaviour about car park. He sold us a 24 hour park ticket at 7 Euro instead of suggesting the free park in front of the Hotel. Besides, using wi-fi is about 4 Euro, it can be sold by bundling with room price. Add on selling makes sound pity.

Close to station and was ideal for overnight stop over. Staff very helpful, breakfast selection very good.

Air conditioner did not work had to make 2 requests and eventually it came on for 40minutes then off. Needed window open for air(noisy from traffic and other business premises) but it was a balcony door and had communal access from all rooms. Felt uncomfortable trying to sleep with it open all night.

Excellent location and friendly staff.

We loved this hotel! We even left something behind in the room and they keeping it for us! Spacious rooms, tv, comfortable bed, great view and delicious breakfast! Best part was that its so close to ps Station and Metro! So convenient!

The location and price

Relatively cheap but pleasant place. Close to Porta Susa station so very convenient for train travel.

Very friendly staff, who tries to help you with any problem. Hotel is clean, rooms are not very big, but cosy. We stayed in this hotel for a second time, and we like it. The location from center is about 15 min walk, to via garibaldi ( shopping street) it's about 10 min walk.

I would want a more luxurious hotel for a city or relaxing break

Double booked 2 rooms in jan 2013.received conformation of cancellation of both rooms.Rebooked 1 twin room and on arrival was informed that 2 rooms were still booked.very disappointed as trip cost double the price that I expected.I Feel that due to your poor correspondance with the hotel to cancel my original booking I find myself out of pocket and very disappointed.

Staff were extremelly friendly and very helpful.

The Hotel is extremely close to the railway station Torino Porta da Susa, which was my reason for choosing it. I was only there for one night but found Reception staff extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Also staff in the breakfast room were great. They made up a "packed breakfast" for me because I had to leave early before breakfast was served.

My only complaint was that I was a little chilly in my room - there was no duvet - just a sheet and blanket. The room was adequately heated and I'm sure most people would have been fine but I feel the cold badly.
