The room itself was modern and cleaned everyday. Even the shower was good and we had fresh towels everyday. The best thing is it is in the centre of Rome, therefore you can go almost everywhere by walk! The reception people are very helpful and they all speak english! From the outside and during the entrance it seems an abondoned house. The lift is too small (2 persons) and there's only one. Maybe if they can uplift both the entrance and even the stairways it could have a nicer image. |

Location, location The cigarette smell in the room, very shabby shower with rusty tub floor, fresh twels not distributed daily and toilette paper scarce. The fact that the food is served in the room is uncomfortable and the food isn't good |

The situation After our staying we book a room for the next weekend but this time was not the same. There wasn' t refrigerator, air conditioning, the television was in black and white and very small and we could only see two channels. The walls needed also a paint, it was very small. |

Excellent, safe location for sightseeing and accesss to metro No breakfast room, only one chair in room, only Italian TV (no English language stations), haphazard breakfast service - something missing most mornings and, on one morning, only two croissants for 2 people - no standard bread served or available |

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were
there for 2 nights and for the entire time we had no hot water, had an
air conditioner that vented through a large open window (that fronted
onto a busy street) which kept the room at 30 degrees C. When the staff
was confronted about it we were told 30 degrees is better than 40
degrees. |

The location and the fact that the room was very recently completely remodeled. You might want to remodel the common stairway but not that important to me. |

It is located in a relatively safe area, in core of the city. It is close to a number of points of interests which made walking a viable way to see the city. It is close enough to Metro. Also steps from minibus 116 station which connects most interesting sites. The staff is relatively friendly given the fact that they do not handle english well. The hotel offer pleasant rooms with very quite a/C. Does not necessary look what someone expects generally for a hotel, so first impression was somehow negative. The hotel shares the location with another hotel, so its rooms are situated above those of the other hotel. One can take the elevator which is very narrow ( up to 2 persons ) and tend to be hot. The street is noisy so finding a room at top level is a must. The washroom is very tiny. |

The location was great, you could walk everywhere. The lift didnt work, the communal areas could have done with being updated. They didnt have an iron or ironing board. The towels were like tablecloths and napkins. |

The location was fabulous..2 blocks from Spanish Steps and 3 blocks from Trevi. Shopping all around. Good restaurants. Rooms were beyond tiny but clean and quiet. Airconditioning worked very well and breakfast was nice treat to start off your day. The entrance to the hotel was literally a whole in the wall falling down. The lobby (if you call it that) was dissheveled and unorganized. We never used the lift too scary! Walked up 3 flights of disrepaired hallways and stairs. My teenager didn't know what to think! If you can get past the lobby and hallways you enter a decent area with all the rooms off of it. P.S. No hairdryer in the room. |

Location This hotel is in the 3rd floor of an old and decadent building. There is only one extremely small elevator, quite unsecure. Beds & Matresses: falling apart, just terrible! |

Location, charming hotel, very friendly, courteous staff, clean, very comfortable beds. Second and third floor location, no signs towards the one person elevator. Carried our suitcases up the stairs, we were not told through speakers that someone would help us with the luggage . |
