The staff in the reception. The realy were helpfull in a very nice way .
The breakfast. Not enuotht fresh braed.
VERY central position Helpful staff
Breakfast can be improved. Just by adding milk or yogurt, cereals, and fresh fruits it will change completely the perceived quality.
Very convenient location. Recception staff were very patient. Appeared under-staffed at potentially busy times.
Breakfast uninteresting and insufficient for the busy tourist. The lift did not always appear to be working when required for suitcases. Stairways were scruffy and did not make an appealing entrnce to the hotel. Power failure in some bedrooms late at night caused some members of our party to be less than happy with their stay, especially as no torches were available.
the location is good and thats it.
when i arrive the elevator was broken and there in one woman in the recaption that doing every thing she fixed the elevator, check in going to see if rooms are ready... the breakfast was poor and the bed is only 80cm in weidth and not comfort, the wifi was week
Excellent staff---very accommodating! :)
Bed was rather hard.
Great location, good staff, clean rooms.
The location was great, very central. The room was decent. A good shower and old but fairly comfortable bed.
They slapped me with an extra charge when I paid and gave a nonsensical explanation for it. It wasn't a very cheap charge either, an extra $60 euros because my husband met me and stayed in the room from 3 am until check out at 11. I had been there for two nights alone. The receptionist was rude. She handed me a tourist map and stated "here, take this so that you don't have to ask me later."
Location is great, for a hotel in centre of Rome for price what you get is what you pay for. If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep then this is ok for you.
Poor breakfast, very dated bathrooms in need of refurbishment.
Location was very central, easy access for sight seeing and cafés and bars
Accommodation very basic, shower needed upgrading and no tea/coffee facility in room
Awfull breakfast, furniture old and a bit dirty, noisy
We reserved hotel Doge but because of the utility problem we were loved to hotel Firenze.the hotel is in a perfect location. The breakfast is normal, not really good.firenze is much better than doge
Location Value for money Clean and spacious roons
Noise from the street Poor breakfast Poor signage as to hotel's reception location after walking up 4 floors with luggage, then after numerous enquiries discovered it was at Hotel Firenze which was 2 floors
