The apartment was modern, clean and close to all There was a faint smell which you became accustomed to, the narrow stair.. with 4 big suitcases it was very difficult. perhaps upon arrival a few essentials, teas coffee sugar |

Location, location and location... Train station was 10 minutes walk away, the Roman Forum was just right outside the hotel, and both Trevi and Colloseum was 10 mins and 15 mins walk away respectively. In addition, we rented the family room and all four of us were comfortable during our entire 3 nights stay! We didnt receive any toiletries/ammenities during our entire stay. When we enquired about this, we were told that these were supposed to be supplied. Our room was on the top floor, which was 49 steps up without any lift. There was an odd pizza smell in our room, which was probably due to the fact that there were 3 pizzerias on the ground floor!! Lastly, we experienced electrical fius-tripping whenever we switched on the high powered electrical items (eg washing machine, hair-dryer) together with all the air conds switched on. |

Very spacious & contemporary design. The 5 of us were very comfortable. Central location - walking distance to all major attractions. We were very pleased and happy with the Appartment and we would highly recommend it. Top floor appartment & no elevator, 49 steps to the top!!! - quite a trip with 5 suitcases! No safe deposit box. |

Great location, right in the center of everything. Hotel is located in a small alley off of the Piaza Venezia. Apartment was spacious with plenty of storage space and room space. Decorated in contemporary style. Modern bathroom with bidet, bath and shower combo, even a washing machine! Small kitchenette with refrigerator, stove/oven was a nice addition. Free Wi-Fi. Very quiet during the day and night, we heard no noses from the inside hotel or streets outside. Great value for the money. - No elevator, which is not a problem unless you need to carry heavy suitcases up and down. - No view – windows are narrow, looking into a small alley onto the next building - No cleaning service during stay. Apartment was not cleaned during our three day stay (I guess it should have been expected since it is not a hotel) - No TV in the bedroom. There was a TV in the living room, but not the bedroom |

Great, central location, pleasant atmosphere and interior, comfortable beds, we had a great time there and I will definitely go back. I love the idea that each room is dedicated to one of the Greats of the Italian Cinema. The electric system got overloaded by the airconditioning + 3 lamps and short circuited. Since there's no staff there after 8pm it took us quite some time to find the switchboard in the building to reset the breakers. For us it was a minor inconvenience but others can find it more frustrating. |

Personale molto disponibile e attento, appartamento nuovo e modernamente arredato, ottima zona per la visita della città Ci sono doppi vetri e gli infissi sono nuovi ma al mattino dalla strada un po' di rumore si sente, più che accettabile comunque. Vista la zona (vicino Piazza Venezia!) sarebbe un miracolo il contrario.. |

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Rome. L' appartement est trés bien décoré et moderne. A conseiller à vos amis Un peu bruyant du fait d'un bar assez proche surtout le samedi soir. |

Perfecte ligging. Recent geheel gerenoveerd pand. Mooi en luxe. De buurman heeft een aardig restaurantje. Geen personeel aanwezig. Slechts 1 Italiaans sprekende dame voor sleutelafgifte/inname op moment van aankomst en vertrek. Geen info over catering, bagageopslag ed. Hotel is niet meer te vinden op jullie site! |

Grand appartement très central avec 2 salles de bains, un cuisine, 2 chambres et un séjour. Parfait pour une famille qui veut faire des pauses entre plusieurs visiste. |

Som nævnt er Dolce Vita Residence ikke et hotel i gængs forstand, men en ejendom med lejligheder. Centralt beliggende, med lydruder, og køkken/opholdsstue med komfur, ovn, vaskemaskine og køleskab, samt et lydløst air-condition anlæg. Et badeværelse med alt hertil hørende. Et soveværelse med rigtigt behagelige senge, masser af garderobeplads, et lydløst air-condition anlæg, samt en arbejdsplads på en indrettet hems. Jeg har ved afrejsen meddelt ejeren, at der dog var et problem med varmereguleringen i brusebad og håndvask. Det noterede han ned, og lovede at det hurtigst muligt vil blive efterset og udbedret. |

Everything is fantastic! Amazing. But, sometimes, the lack of electricity is a problem(at the same time, you cannot turn on the air-condition and the washing-machine.) But the hotel and the manager are perfect. Srongly recommended!!!!!!!!
