눉The hotel just re-opened and seemed like some managements were not complete. For instance the breakfast, we experienced some difficulties on our second day, where we got delivered a plate with breakfast for a portion of one person. Contacted the personal at first, they insisted it was a plate with two portions. Took a picture of the content of the plate and showed to the receptionist. The receptionist agreed then that it is not a plate with two portions, and wanted to order another portion for us, but we were heading out, so we did not have time. We kindly asked that this mistake should not happen again. The next day, the breakfast routine changed from room-delivering to breakfast at another location(a café) nearby, where we have to confirm what we would like to eat and drink, then bringing a copy of the order with us to the café. The café service was great and they had good breakfast.
Also on booking.com it says that the room will be cleaned every day, and the towels will be changed every 3rd day. We stayed 4 nights, the towels were changed everyday, and the trash had also been taken out every day, only the room has not been cleaned for our entire stay -or the cleaning has not been done properly. We know this, because we notice a dust on the bathroom floor, which was actually big enough to recognize, it had not been removed for our entire stay.
눇The room was big, like an apartment; separated bathroom, living room/kitchen and bedroom. Reception is open all the time. Location is superb.
