The location was perfect, right on top of the Metro so convenient for getting around the city, and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and well presented. |

it was close to center. the hotel is inside a building (with more hotels) and its uncomfortable to get to your room. the elevator is very small and very old. |

It was in a quiet location and open 24 hours a day. Breakfast room was small but the breakfast was just what I wanted, i.e. orange juice, cereal and a croissant. The single room was tiny so don't expect to spend any time in it. |

air conditioning was comfortable, breakfast was good, helpful stuff the elevator stops between the floors, then you need to walk up or down the stairs. Also stairs in the dining room which makes it unsuitable for the people with disabilities. The hotel description says "elevator" so you don't assume you need to claim he stairs. |

Reasonably priced for the time of year (decent continental buffet breakfast included). Helpful & friendly staff. Convenient location (for main rail station & tube). Many reasturants/bars in local vicinity. My room was 'compact'. No net curtains, but a large screen internally that gave you the choice of either lack of natural light (if left ajar) or the opportunity to shake hands with the person in the next bulilding (if left open). TV remote was useless. Air conditioner (essential in summer) was a pain/slow to start-up, a little noisy initially. Building entrance used by multiple hotels in one building, open to street and gave an initial, 'grubby' impression - some ongoing internal building work at the time did not help. |
