position close to metro, smart people and flexible.
Good location, nice and friendly staff, wifi
Breakfast was quite poor, the room was small for 3 people
The staff was helpful, friendly and proffessional. The breackfast was great and we had a nice classic stile decorated room. It was close to the Metro and Rome Termini stations, Hop on Hop off buses.
The lift's stops between floors and the steps you can not avoid to get to your room or reception. The very small lift was not working one night.
Super location, friendly, English speaking staff at front desk and at breakfast. Rooms very clean and large for a European hotel
There is a hotel that shares floors above and below our floor. There were school groups screaming from one floor to the next until 1 am for 3 nights. When I asked the front desk to do something he said it wasn't his hotel so nothing could be done. The room beside us also slept 5 so again all those girls coming in at midnight were loud but they did quieten down when asked.
First, all of the staff were very professional, personable and extremely helpful. I stayed for 7 days and the close proximity to the train termini, bus station and metro was ideal. Very clean and comfortable room with free internet. Great breakfast every morning too! Will definitely stay here everytime I am in Rome!
Good value and location especially for the train station which is why it was selected. On the other hand a bit of a hike to get to the forum etc. Unfortunately the stay in the hotel was a little too short to appreciate other nice things about such as restaurants. The staff were very helpful and arranged taxis etc and the rooms though small were clean and comfortable. I felt very safe as the security was good.
Hard to be too critical, it's relatively cheap. The breakfast was fairly basic but edible. The wifi access wasn't ideal but at least it was free.
The location was excellent close to termini and fabulous restaurant s . Staff very friendly and helpful with any information required.
Not much I didn't like wasn't really there to spend time in hotel it was a sightseeing trip but hotel was great for what I needed
Nice ang helpful staff. Some speak English well but the othersxare really trying. Nice breakfast with good baked goods, capuccino upon request. Very clean propperty in good and shape. The room was quiet as I requested, facing a back yard and the Wi-Fi was good. Great location, very easy access to busses and metro, 10 minutes walking from Termini station and Republica square.
The elevator is very slow and it stops at semi floors, so with bags it was not easy.
Easy walking distance from Rome Termini and 2 blocks from a Metro station (line B).Quiet area, but plenty of restaurants/cafes.
Breakfast buffet didn't include any fruit. Wifi availability was patchy. The only place I could access the network satisfactorily was in the breakfast room. Lovely room, very nice bathroom although the shower only dribbled rather than sprayed. We spoke to hotel staff about this but they couldn't do anything over the weekend.
Location is superb as one can go to main train station and later to airport without problems. But if Vatican is your mail interest, it is too far.
So noisy, inside and outside of the hotel. Breakfast was the same every single day, not a big offer. When paying, discovered that I have to pay extra tax, so angry when that happens.
The room is smal but well equiped, very clean, AC, minibar, etc, like a good 3 star hotel. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Location is at a walking distance ( 20 min) from the center. Many good and cheap restaurants, tratoria, nearby. Look out for street Castelfidardo. At least 6-7 of them. At the end of this street is the best gelateria ever! La Romana. (You will see the line outside, almoust continuosly). The hotel has an unusual "architecture" - meaning that in the same building function several hotels and ... yes, the reception is at the first floor. If you have problems with your feet ... it will borrow you! But if not ... it is just unusual.
Breakfest is poor but not bad!
CLEAN HOTEL - GOOD BREAKFAST - CO_OPERATAVE OF STAFF
POOR AIR CONDITIONS IN ROOM - SMALL PATHROOM - NO ENGLISH TV CHANNELS - NO WIFI IN ROOM - NO VIEW
friendly staff good location for transport links air conditioning breakfast
single beds rather small external stair (shared with other hotels) not clean - esp. bannister no tea/coffee facilities
Friendly staff, fairly clean
Very bad internet connection, not enough common area to sit with laptop and work, so in the end you couldn't use the internet at all and, therefore, couldn't work at all.
Staff was very helpful in arranging early morning taxi to the airport. Close to the train station and the metro (underground). Typical economic pensione....clean, no frills. Typical continental breakfast.
Very friendly staff, very clean very close to metro and termini station excellent choice
Although the room and bathroom was a little small (what's new) our stay was very good in all aspects. The breakfast was certainly a standard above what too many Italian Hotels serve. The Hotel Dolomiti is certainly well positioned close to the Roma Termini. Yes we did enjoy our stay.
Nothing to note
Not far from Termini, but still in a quiet area
weak wifi in some guest rooms
Location, friendly staff, baggage drop before check-in
Weak wifi in some guest rooms
Size of room. Cleanliness of room and bathroom. 24 hour of cover on desk. Helpful staff.
Could be noisy with students late evening.
I really liked the location. Perfect place to stay.
The hotel was family run, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were small, but sufficient for a short visit and they were spotlessly clean. The breakfast, too, was well-organised and very good value with fresh paste and rolls.
No fault of the hotel, but the area around the station (here, near the Piazza Independenza) is a little out of town for the centre and classical Rome. It has a lot of poor restaurants, frankly tourist-traps selling second rate meals. The Metro is to be avoided, but the buses 75 and 492 give good if crowded access to downtown Rome.
Great location! ps: Boobs of receptionist.
sounds a little noice
Hi; I have stayed only one night. VERY clean, everything new in the room, has a mini fridge and Air condition. very nice and helpfull staf. 7 minutes walking from the TERMINI. I left very early in the morning so I didn't have breakfast but the staff gave me what ever they could the evening before. Highly recomended.
Everything was OK.
