Score from 495 reviews Very good
location is 10 min walk to the main train station a metro station is just very close to the hotel as well
very limited options in the breakfast. being in a building was not nice at all. not well distributed where 3 hotels were sharing the same building ,plus the fact that the reception was not in the building entrance and there was no lobby to stay at since the internet connection was only available in the public areas of the hotel
Location - few minutes to the Main Train Station --getting anywhere is very simple- owners are very warm & friendly + helpful.
Excellent location, easy access to Train, Bus and tram! Very helpful staff.. Decent breakfast
No WiFi in room. Lift does not service the floors, you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs (struggle when you have heavy baggage)
The staff are very helpful. For those that ned, they speak English well. Internet is included (as it should be, I thnk). It only works in the public areas, not in the rooms. 5 minute walk from Roma Termini Stazione and around the corner from the best restaurant in the station area. It is I Leoni del Abruzzo. The bus terminal is at the station. Great, useful location. The hotel itself is quite nice, clean, managed very well, courteous, professional. I've stayed ther many times over a few years. I highly recommend Hotel Dolomiti. They also run another hotel near Colloseo.
Would be nice if internet worked in each of the rooms. Perhaps an installation of more routers in the hallways.
Friendliness nah helpful attitude of staff.
No kettle in room.
Very good localization (5m walk to Termini station and 2m to Castro Pretorio station). Very clean. Excelent staff very friendly. Very good breakfast. Excelente relation quality-price.
Fairly short walk to Termini station. Staff was extremely helpful. Elevator available. Simple breakfast included.
Room was a bit small, even for European standards. Bathroom did not have appropriate shelving/storage capacity for toiletries.
Room is nice and cleanliness. Staffs are kind and helpful. Location is convenient.
It is 5 minutes away from Roma Termini. The owner is a nice person but his english language is not much.
The wifi is only in shared locations. The bathroom was small. The reception is on 1st floor & the rooms were on the 4th floor. The elevator is old & it stops between floors.
Room was ready for me to check in early and the staff were very kind and helpful.
The hotel is actually divided into a three and two star hotel. Even though I booked the three star (or so I thought), I was placed in the other two star section of the hotel. The location is ok, but not the best and I felt a bit uncomfortable at night in the area as a single female.
the loation of hotel is not bad. The hotel staff wasn't bad too.
It's too old hotel and especially the bathroom need to be renovated and I could easily hear the noisy sounds next to my room. I'm not satisfied with the breakfast each morning.
Poor lift, 4 flights of stairs with suitcases WiFi poor
- friendly personnel - breakfast - close to Termini station
- small room, though a double - no sparkling water in the Minibar - very small TV - Elevator often out of Service - reception on first floor
The staff went out of their way to help with suggestions of site-seeing and restaurants. It made this hotel feel like much more than a 'transit' hotel of the kind you usually find near the main railway stations.
Air condition did not get cold
It is a family run hotel and that made a huge difference with their interaction with their guests. They helped us with finding our way around Rome and the Metro is a block away. Although family run, they're extremely professional and organised. Their breakfasts were great and the room was absolutely spotless. I genuinely couldn't find anything to complain about and I have a five star hotel background. We'll definitely go back again!
The air-con needs servicing? The curtains and drapes really need cleaning. They were full of dust. I could taste it in my mouth when the air-con was on. We were in two different rooms on different occasions. Both were the same.
Very good breakfast, polite staff
small TV with only Italian channels, no sparkling water in the minibar
+ clean + nice personnel + good location + continental breakfast
- lack of the wifi connectivity at the room!!! - early checkout at 11.00 - elevator small and seems to be quite oldish
Close to Termini and good restaurants nearby.
Friendly and helpful staff
The inner-curtains could do with a wash
