The staff speaks several languages, which is good. Breakfast is great. I asked for a non smoking room but get a smoking room. It was hard to feel the smell. The temperature control did not worked properly.

Location is good, just 3 min to the Metro Station Fieramilano sity, very easy to get to the city center by metro. And 1 km from Fiere Milano. Very high price (130 euro) for such a simple and pure room.

People at the reception were super helpful and always nice. Clean, nice breakfast, close to Milan Conference Centre (15 min walking) The room keepers changed the towels everyday and I do not find it so ecofriendly

The facility is near by Fiera Milano and public transport is near. Good breakfast and rooms are spacious. Free internet wi-fi connection. Forniture is fairly old. Room locker has an old key (no badge).

Good value Not as close as 100m to the Metro, more like 200-300m. Don't think I was given a fresh bathmat once during the week I was there. Pillows very hard and compact - could be better.
