Score from 1130 reviews Very good
the cleanliness of the hotel, very friendly staff, good bus links from hotel
No dedicated smoking area's or balconies
Hotel was enough to stay only one night. The value was ok.
It is far away of everything be wear of it...
Perfect if you needed to be that side of town.
Double bed was very hard. Too far out for city centre tourist attractions. Looks closer on the map.
the room was very nice and clean
reception werent so helpfull!
The breakfast . . !
The parking bus area behind the hotel ?
Breakfast was not good. Poor menu, small dining room for too many guests.
The room was too noisy- you could hear everything through the walls.
We loved the size of our room. The breakfast was delicious, staff friendly and the internet connection speed was very good,
Location could have been better, the floor of the room could have been a little cleaner.
Good breakfast, friendly staff, big room
Very basic room and service, feel like a two star hotel instead of four. Too far away from city center, not worth the money. 6 euro tax per person per night, way too high. Air con too cold, bathroom too small.
Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
There were no good resturants nearby. The only resturant beside to the hotel was very expensive and not good at all.
Hotel was pleasant and staff too.
Location is far from center and airport. Air conditioner fair. Breakfast fair.
We liked the room and the hotel was smart, modern and clean. It had a relaxed atmosphere too. Continental breakfast was excellent
There was no restaurant although the bar did some very basic snack meals in the evening. Being out of town this was not ideal but there were two restaurants nearby though ... one very good one next door. The hotel location was quite rough in places and we needed to drive a couple of miles or so (or could have caught a bus) to reach the Metro station.
The breakfast was very good and a great selection
That the hotel did not have a restaurant and we were unable to have dinner at your hotel
Rooms are very clean, bathroom as well and comfortable. Modern designed. Breakfast is excellent. Staff helpful, and they know how to speak in english. When we needed help they took action straight away. At least local transport is very close to hotel. Rooms very quite as well. Good value for money.
We took to much time to reach the hotel the first time, e-mail from hotel with directions wasn't very clear. Like bus stops names are very confusing for tourists in Italy. The location is very far from city centre. There is a recepionist that when we asked her for directions, she always gave us the most difficult and farest directions, when we were only 2-3 bus stops away or 15 minutes maximum walk, from Tor Sapienza region centre and from there where shops and bus stops for Roma Est. They need to be informed better and more directly, precise on directions for tourists. Sometimes the housekeeping forgot to gives us soap and twice we had to go to ask for it. And city tax was 6 euro per person not 3 euro each, nobody told us about the increase from the hotel, and is not updated on your website,as their promotion.
Good, clean, big rooms, wifi. Breakfast
Away from main city.
Polite staff, clean room and good value for money.
No chairs on the balcony. No Wi-Fi in the room To far away from metro
The restaurant staff were the best of the staff. The waiter was really helpful, making it possible for our baby milk bottles to be sterilised in the microwave. Excellent staff member. Reception staff could be better with instructions especially the night staff. Not always spot on.
My wife was told off by a member of staff for using the microwave to sterilise baby milk bottles. We had nowhere close by to get decent meals. We could have benefited from having a wider choice of places to eat. Restaurant next door was shut and the bar next door was also shut. Apparently had gone on holiday...this being August.
Too far from almost everywhere. Too far from airport (30 minutes by taxi.). Small bathcabine.
Excellent price and location, staff very nice, great breakfast in the morning
We were expecting a 2 bedroom suite, not 1 bedroom, plus a room with single bed and portable bed. Since it was only 1 night stay, we let it go, but it was not very comfortable
Room was new and modern, non smoking and air condition was properly working, although it was starting middle of night when the temperature was set to 30 degrees
Breakfast was a big dissapointment. In the pictures all the cookies makes you think at heaven, in reality there were so artificial and nothing fresh except the croissants. But these were very few and very slowly refilled. Coffee was the only natural good thing. No big choice at eating( only omlett and egg tart -very artificial and one sort of ham and one of cheese ), few fresh fruits and more compots. For the price, you shouldn't expect too much, but for Rome it was probably really worthy. Furthermore the room supplies (showergel, shampoo etc) were only refilled by request and only one time although we had a double room. No map was given or any advises at the receiption, but at the check out I saw behind the reception desk that they had city maps. So not very helpful staff.
Rom Dimensions and big space, Furniture is a plus point as well.
Very rude staff, Should mention as it's a non smoking hotel, big disappointment as I clearly mentioned in the booking that i need smoking room but upon arrival they informed me that they cannot facilitate. Hotel has no restaurants inside, but few nearby and comparatively expensive. Staff doesn't bother t greet or help guests. Really far from main city area, and its pointless to stay in this hotel if you're not driving. Not located near very clean community.
Nice rooms, clean and comfortable.
Very poor breakfast tabel. Coffee machines were not working properly. No fresh fruits for breakfast. In our room desc. there was offered free shuttle to nearest metro station. In reality we were advised by staff to take local buss or taxi.
excellent facilities , friendly staff , excellent breakfast ,very good room and bed. only location is slightly far but easy to reach.
It is a hotel confortable for family.
The hotel had suites for 4 people. It was clean and had free WiFi.
The location is not the best. It is about 45 min from the centre of Rome and you have to catch 2 transports to reach it. The minimum I'd ask as compensation was that the staff would tell me the transport alternatives to reach Rome (which are 2: Train and Bus) and at least have the schedule of the 2 buses and of the trains! This information is online, it wouldn't be hard for them to make it available. I found it awkward that such hotel is able to have 4 stars! This must clearly have been some mistake. The room, a suite for 4 people, only had one window and it pointed to the interior of the hotel (to the cleaners rooms actually). As a result we could barely understand if it was already daytime and how was the weather. We could only see outside a tiny garden with clearly artificial grass and some kind of Bonsai tree. And we could see the other rooms interiors, of course (as they could see us as well). The beds were very hard and noisy. The shower handle was already broken when we checked-in and despite I complained in the very first day (and they told me they would fix it), nobody fixed it in the 3 days I was there. The shower temperature was very erratic, ranging from very hot to cold, particularly if somebody would flush the toilet or similar, but even if no one used water, it would still be unstable. The air-conditioner is a joke! It has no remote control and they even blocked the wall command with some piece of plastic, leaving as the only options available the ON/OFF button. And even this button is not reliable, as the device had some kind of timer set which started it automatically every once in a while even if we had set it to OFF. It started in the middle of the night providing a very noisy and freezing blow to the kids which were sleeping right in front of it. When I complained about it, the staff advised me: "open the white board near the room door" (which was the actual room electricity controller board!
