It was located close to the historic center of town and the room was clean and comfortable. There was no concierge, no porter to help with our luggage, and the desk clerk was not particularly helpful. |

The hotel is close to the Historic old town and the Cruise Liners terminal and is within walking distance from the main shopping centre. The Hotel personnel was very helpful. The price is a bit on the high side in certain periods. |

Very agreeable room for delicate taste tourists. Not so big price for such high quality hotel. Very good situated hotel. Average quality breakfast: small choice of pastry, sausages and no eggs to boil. |

Close to central Bari and Old Town Staff on arrival were not very helpful - in fact quite the opposite. The restaurant wasn't open and many close by were also closed. The one the hotel recommended, just across the road, did not have a number of things available that were on the menu and we had to choose 3 bottles of wine before we picked one they had. |

Palace does describe this hotel compared to many we have stayed at. The room was luxuriuos, staff couldn't do enough for us. It was worth the long trek from Rome just for the experience. Best Hotel for me.. |

i really enjoyed the clean and cool environment, breakfast was perfect, it was near the old city and the shopping center and the train station which made our stay there absolutely comfortable! and the staff also, it worths mentioning because they were all so kind and helpful... |

The hotel room was comfortable and clean. It is very difficult to find, as all the locals know it by a different name. It is called "The Palace" with the locals. It is in between the port and the train station, so it takes a bit of a walk to reach it to/from either location (if you know where you're going). |

great location Bar services need much improvement. The physical facility, no bar, and time wait for drinks encouraged us to meet elsewhere for drinks even though this was inconvenient. |

Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale, soprattutto della sig.ra Patrizia responsabile della sala colazione, gentile, disponibile, competente. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche la tranquillità della zona in cui si trova l'albergo con la presenza di molti negozi nelle vicinanze, così come la vicinanza alla parte vecchia della città |

die günstige Lage, nahe an der Altstadt, das gediegene Ambiente, gutes Frühstücksbuffet mangelde Vielfalt im Bereich der Hotelgäste (fast ausschließlich Konferenzbesucher), Rezeption war nicht immer wirklich hilfsbereit:so wurde uns einmals glattwegs mitgeteilt, es gäbe keine Busverbindung nach Trani!! - was natürlich nicht den Tatsachen entsprach |
