Hotel Capannelle    

L' horari del autobus que porta al metro. I la falta d'un autobus a l'aeroport.

L'hotel està molt bé en rel.lació qualitat-preu, unes habitacions molt grans I còmodes. La clau és sortir ben d'hora amb els busos de l'hotel o sinó amb el 663 que està just sortin de l'hotel, el primer carrer a la dreta cada 10minuts passa un autobus cap a l'estació de metro de Colli Albani I d'alli pots anar a tot arreu. A més aquest autobús té un horari de 5 a 24h aixi que si t'organitzes bé no hi ha cap problema.

-El personal de l'hotel no parla res d'espanyol. -A la terrassa no es pot pendre res ja que cobren moltíssim.

Great value for money for accommodation. Breakfasts amazing.

Too far out from the city meant bit of a journey when heading in or out. Evening meals at Restaurant a bit disappointing. Hated being constantly hassled by street vendors to buy tacky goods

Nice room, good facilities. The hotel is situated in quiet, calm district.A little far from city center, but on the other hand without crowding, excellent place for undisturbed recreation.The breakfast is perfect.

The room was spacious, there was a stable wifi connection, quiet location.

The hotel is far from the city center, you have to use either local bus (20 minutes) or hotel shuttle bus (there is no guarantee that there would be enough space for everyone and the bus schedule is also quite limited) to even get to the metro station (and then about 30 min to the center). The breakfast was very poor - e.g. only one type of cheese and ham. There was no handle on the balcony window so every time we wanted to close or open the window, we had to call the reception to send somebody to do that which was very annoying (sometimes we had to call multiple times before somebody came).

Breakfast is very bad and the whole experience is not nice at all...you have a feeling you are accomodated at the bus station.

It was a bit of a trek getting in and out of the city but we knew that before we left. We was a bit disappointed with breakfast and the coffee from the machines wasn't great but other than that it was fine

I like that the rooms were spacious & clean. That is the only plus point for this Hotel.

The staff is Very Very Very Rude - they have no patience & do not answer any questions a tourist would have with a smile - they never pick up the reception phones. The Restaurant had the same limited breakfast every day - they do not even make an effort to give any additional stuff - like Ketch up or sauce... The breakfast has limited quantities & usually they run out of most of the stuff by 9:00 am The Bar stuff is extremely rude - they overcharge you for stuff - when you check & show it to them - they refuse to refund tha amount & say we can buy something else from them for the difference - which is terrible !! The location of the hotel is really bad - you eed to take a Bus & Metro to get to the Hotel & then walk 10 minutes - it gets very tiresome to get back in teh evenings - The bus frequency is every 45 Minutes !! The hotel has a limited shuttle to the Metro - the last one in the evening is at 5:30 - who comes back to the hOtel by 5:30 when you are travelling to see places. at nights the buses are too slow & then you get down the bus & walk another 10 minutes. all in all very dissapointed with this Hotel - will never recomend it to anyone & shall post these reviews of them on all Travel forums - do not want anypone else to make the same mistake as us.

The travel time to the city is quite long, even using the (sometimes full) shuttle bus

Toilet did not flush, air conditioning was not working properly, safe did not work, bathtub was damaged, mattress was damaged

Window didn't open to the nice big balcony available and had to call the bellboy everytime to open or close it ! He never left the handle with us.

It was a very nice facility and very comfortable. The restaurant was very nice and good food. It wasn't too far from the centre of Rome and accessible by local transit.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good with a decent selection.

It took a while to grasp travel arrangements to get into city centre. We finally used shuttle bus from Hotel and worked around their times as it was simpler. It takes you to Metro and then at 1.50 euro you can travel for 100mins uninterrupted journey. Food at hotel was limited and not budget. Small pizza/cafe nearby on side street but few other facilities nearby as in residential area. Taxi driver from Ciampino charged 30 euros plus 10 euro tip. Shocking. Going rate is 23-25 euros. Returned by getting Metro to Termini and then shuttle bus for 6 euros from there to airport.
