Rooms were big and the view was mind blowing, fanatastic. Ideal for going to Rome shuttle bus was great and it was handy for the train. prices at the bar 14 euro for a vodka / orange - no information available about the hotel facilities or things to do. No iron and ironing board you had to use the laundry service |

Very quiet. Ideal for relaxing. Clean and comfortable. A bit off the beaten track. The shuttle bus was reliable but not often enough. |

Very big room and very clean. Nice breakfast. Swimming pool closed (end of september) even though the weather was great for a swim. No vegetables at the breakfast. Low water pressure in the shower. It takes about 35 mins to get to Termini from the hotel (bus 664 is the best connection) |

The hotel was very clean and comfortable we enjoyed staying there. To reach the city centre is very easy in 30 minutes by taking bus and metro/train. If you land to Ciampino airport the hotel has a private shuttle bus service to/from airport and also some points in the city center. If you think to use the bus shuttle service from airport, be sure about the timetable and bus stop in airport. We have waited approximately one hour to get on the bus. If you want to get a taxi to hotel, taxi drivers charge you minumum 20 euros for just 4 km. |

Too far out of Rome to be classed at 'only a few minutes from Rome'. Did not expect to have to pay for the courtesy bus to airport. Bus timetable was next to useless. Did not expect to take 1-2 hours to travel in and out of Rome to this hotels location. Very disappointed. This hotel is totally in the suburbs with no bars, restaurants, shops or facilities nearby. Also they did not seem to be able to cope with even a small amount of people for breakfast I.E. no cups, bowls, spoons, tables cleared/set- up. Only really cater for conferences (who get to drink fruit juice out of glasses as opposed to paper cups)! |

This hotel is a large block modern building. My room was furnished in a modern and well refined style. It is wonderful decorated in pastel colour. It is a good choice during tenders. Breakfast was quite poorly, the same beings every day. For a four star hotel, no wireless internet was found. I find a great inconvenience. |

Convenience for Rome city centre Bus shuttle was handy but obviously difficult for the operator to be at every location at all times. So a taxi had to be used from the airport to the hotel at a cost of €30 |

-The beds were very comfortable -very large room -nice, new hotel -nice view from balcony -scheduled shuttle service -very long distance from main attractions -fridge didn't keep anything cold -shower pressure was very low -you had to ask the front for a worker to come up and open and close the balcony door -the balconies were shared and not private -pool hours were 10-7...? -taxi from airport very expensive. remember rome is famous for bartering and it should be done for everything. the taxi driver charded us 30€ for a 9 minute cab ride from ciampino. so if this happens to you, straight refuse and hand him a 10€ -movies in the room to end off a long, beautiful day were 10€ |

The staff were very friendly, katrina the barmaid was fantastic and made us feel most welcome. Liked fact the 446 bus goes by hotel and straight to A line metro. 10 mins to airport and they gave us a breakfast box when we left at 4am. Food was great menu, not sure if there was a childs option tho. In amongst a residential area so not sure how close we were to other restaurants and shops. |

Very relaxing respite from the bustle of Rome, situated in the quiet, leafy suburb of Capannelle. Room was clean, well equipped, airy and featured modern unobtrusive decor. Food was good and staff were, in the main, friendly and attentive. Roof terrace well worth a look, especially at sunset. Termini only 10 minutes away from Capannelle railway station. Handful of interesting 'locals' bars and pizzeria, offering a warm welcome and value for money, within easy walking distance. As a newish hotel, tucked away in a residential suburb, some taxi drivers didn't appear to know how to find it. This isn't, however, a criticism of the hotel, more a comment on the quality of taxi drivers working on the south of the city who should really know their 4* hotels. No bouquets for the taxi driver at Ciampino airport (10 minutes drive away), who insisted on charging his full 'city run' rate of 35 euros upon my arrival. In order to avoid such rip-offs - check out the times of the hotel's own courtesy coach before you go. This costs something like 4 or 5 euros and picks up from Ciampino every hour. |

Had a fantastic stay in Rome. We could not fault the hotel. The free towels at the pool was a very nice touch. Breakfast was also of a very high standard, just what you need before spending the day wandering Rome :) |

The hotel staff is very nice, helpful and can speak fluent English. The room is clean and new. Breakfast is good. Hotel location is a bit far from city centre. The shuttle bus service for returning back to hotel is not enough. The latest bus going back to hotel (which stops at one of the Metro station) is at 6:10pm which is not convenient for tourists to go back to hotel after dinner. Hotel should arrange more schedules (say, 8pm, 9pm and 10pm). |

The Hotel didn't really fit into any of the categories above. We used it because it was handy for the Airport. Having said that the hotel was modern and clean and I would have no hesitation in recommending it. |

Peace, quite and clean, friendly staff The catering was not good, the cooked food did not apeal to our group; after the initial meal in the bar we found a near by Trattoria that served good food at reasonable prices and we only ate our breakfast each day in the bar. |

The service was excellent, the room was excellent, and the included breakfast was tasty and filling. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. It's not right in the centre of town, but that's why the price is cheaper. It's only one bus and a few metro stops to get to the city centre. Alternatively, you can use the free hotel shuttle, so the distance isn't really an inconvenience at all. |

Although this hotel is quite a way out in suburbs,it was not a problem. Shuttle bus service v/good and the 654 Bus to and from Cinecitta Metro station was right near the hotel. Metro trains are very easy and fast to get around Rome.We bought a Roma Pass, which gave us 3 days unlimited travel on buses and trains, great value.I emailed hotel for instructions on shuttle bus, they were quick to respond My only complaint is that there was no public internet, only laptop access in room. |

The hotel was on the outskirts of Rome, but the free shuttle bus which takes you to and from the Metro station was good. |
