Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja avulias. Uima-allas oli käytössä, vaikka oli huhtikuu.

Hotellin varausjärjestelmä oli pettänyt ja jouduimme majoittumaan 1. yöksi toiseen hotelliin koska ko. hotelli oli täysi. Tämä toinen hotelli oli tasoltaan huono. Hyvitykseksi saimme loppupäiviksi käyttöömme sviitin normaalin huoneen hinnalla.

The hotel was beautiful

There was a horrible noise like the foghorn of a ship going off every
few minutes. We asked at the reception if someone would come up and take
a look. After no one arrived we asked for a new room. They were not very
helpful or friendly. We were moved at 11.30 pm. Next room had similar
but not as loud noise. We didnt complain as we felt there was no point.
Sleepless night!

At times I found some of the staff on reception to be unfriendly and unapproachable.

of course visited Roma, virtually each evening we ate dinner at the hotel, the only set-back was that the service at dinner was very very slow...

Dinner service - we made a decision to eat out one evening so that we knew we would not be eating too late before going to bed...

everything was ok .

At breackfast , all sosseges ( salami , prosciuto .... ) was from pork , nothing from veal or simular .

Simple, fair price hotel with personel willing to help.

shuttle bus (to the closest Metro station and to the city center) offered by the hotel was small, not able to serve to all guests. The location of the hotel is not easily reachable by a public transportation mainly on evenings. But it's the matter of price. Hotels closer to the center were twice more expensive or even more.

The quality of the room, its comfort, the towels!!! The comfortable bed,
the underground parking garage

Night staff-- less well trained re: bus connections than they should
be.Also seemed to have no cluehow to access parking garage from inside
the hotel.Even speaking to them in Italian they seemed clueless...even
personnel employed in the Security Dept didn't know--seemed very strange--
having managed a 1.8 million sq foot nyc convention center myself,I know
what they should know!!!
